The facility is amazing as are all the planet fitness. However this particular gym has a female who works the front desk and she is EXTREMELY rude , everytime I've been there. She refused to help with an issue with my membership and then the next time I saw her she was just very standoffish. If you don't like working somewhere you should go somewhere else. People go to the gym to try and feel better about thselves and a rude attitude from a worker when you walk in is not helpful at all.

New facility so all the equipment is new and working, plus it is relatively uncrowded even in the middle of January. It is a Planet Fitness, so all the normal rules apply. If you use it, you get your money's worth, if not, that's on you.It's worth a look. I can tell you that I have just come out of there after about an hour and my legs are pleasantly shaking.

This location recently opened (late 2021). It seems really clean and the staff is nice. I usually go after work during the week and there are plenty of machines and weights available. I think Planet Fitness as a whole needs to work on a few things (fix their iffy app and outdated membership payment practices), but this location is treating me well thus far.

Nice that its close to my house, but disappointed the employees don't seem to know how to operate the items in the Black Club area. Very frustrating when you get ready for tanning and they didn't start it ..mulitple times. Then say its a machine issue. Its pretty obvious its a training issue.

Good gym, only big critique I have is that they have smith machines instead of traditional lifting cages/racks. Essentially you can't do barbell squat deadlift or bench at this gym, which kinda sucks.

The worst customer service. Do not recommend. Asked for corporate number, refused to give it. Called another PF who happily gave it and corporate finally helped handle my duplicate account issue.

Awesome gym! Nice and clean with so many workout options! The massage chairs and hydro massage chairs are so worth the extra too!
