This gym is small but not crowded. Staff in the late afternoon are very polite. But not so much the late morning crew. I came in for a tan around early noon and was not acknowledged at all by the manager. He was to busy chatting it up and the female employee was to busy on her phone. I had to actually say something to get their attention and They still didn’t want acknowledge me until another gentlemen offered to help. They did apologize about the incident and acknowledged the situation. They showed great customer service by doing that for that they deserve five stars.

This PF is the chillest gym I've EVER been to. I've been in dozens of different gyms over the years, but I enjoyed my time at PF more than any other gym. It's not got all the equipment I'd have liked, but they do have dope massage chairs and that makes up for it IMO. Also, the staff is really great. They're always friendly. I def recommend this place for anybody wanting a real good cheap gym

Nice new gym. Most staff a solid. The bad review is from a competitor.... go see for yourself. A gym is what YOU make it.

the only reason I signed up at this gym was the fact that tanning is included in the Black Card Membership. The things I absolutely hate about planet fitness:when you walk into the women's bathroom it smells like stinky sewage, it's a strong smell and not pleasing (obviously). The weekend hours suck...I'm outdoing things and I often don't return until after 8pm and the gym closes at 7, which sucks because I enjoy working out at night, I'm a night owl.Another thing that bugs me is the huge bright yellow wall in front of me when I'm doing cardio...I feel like I'm trapped inside of a giant yellow school bus.I also don't get why it's staffed all the time, all they do is stand around which seems to me kind of pointless but whatever...I'd like to see the staff working out instead of just fiddling their thumbs, I came from a gym where the staff was all very active and rarely sitting or standing around. Another thing that's kind of a big deal, the elliptical will shut off if you stop to drink water for 5 seconds and it changes whatever channel you were watching and then erases your progress so you have to make sure to memorize your calories burned and mileage, honestly this is the ONLY gym I've ever had this issue with and it's annoying as hell!I wish I'd known all of these things prior to signing up. it's an ok gym it just needs a lot of improvement.

I tried coming to the Planet Fitness on 92nd and Wadsworth to stay away from the crowd at my home gym at 72nd and Sheridan and although it's not busy the staff doesn't really give you a warm welcome. The older woman who helped me at the front was nice but being on your phone and sitting on counters and not greeting ur guests with a smile doesn't seem very professional. I'll stick to my home gym

The people that run it are usually pretty nice. I want to mention that their hours are wrong. They say they're open 24/5 but in fact are only open 24/4 they're open24 hours Monday through Thursday, and close at 10 on Friday's. This is actually a big pain for me, as I made plans after work to be there Friday without knitting this false information.

This is a small gym, and the number of free weights is limited, but it is clean, the machines are well maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I tend to work out in the early morning hours, and at that this time, the gym is mostly empty. On weekends and afternoons, this location does tend to be a little busier, so there may be times when machines, benches, and weights are not available. There are three tanning booths and a few electric massage chairs at this location.

Hey for $10 a month, I keep coming back. All the equipment is new, clean, works as it should. Nice variety of equipment. Not sure why people want cool workers or good customer service.Update 9/24/2016, I upgraded to the Black Card and the hydro massage is great. I pay $20/month no commitment. I use the massage sometimes twice in a visit. It's obviously just a machine and it doesn't get the front of the body but it does a good job from the back of the ankles all the way up the back to the neck. Makes a nice difference after a rigorous workout.

I actually like this gym.. I had a problem with my account that I didn't catch until 2 months in. They didn't charge me for being late either. The gym is clean and organized and the staff is nice enough (not like you spend a bunch of time with them). Wish it had more than one pull-up station. But other than that there are typically plenty of other machines.

This gym is terrible ! There is not one redeeming quality here. I hate that I have to rate it a full star. The staff is lazy, inattentive and rude if you dare disturb them while they sit on the counter. The facility is disturbing in terms of cleanliness. I've never seen a PF this dirty until now and I travel quite a bit! Dust bunnies in every corner, nothing has ever been swept or mopped and there is just grime all over. The equipment is in very poor shape, but don't worry, they don't have the piece you needed to use anyway. There literally cannot be more than one person stretching in their stretching area, there is no space.Tanning is standing only and the hydro beds are terrible as well. Again, don't worry about using them because the staff doesn't know how to turn those on either. Asking will only get you exasperated replies and eye rolls. So disappointed in my favorite gym.
