Not only is this place inferior to Chuze and Vasa or even the local rec centers in every way imaginable. They tried to charge me $20 aka 2 months for a day pass... So even as an emergency gym they are offensive and terrible.All I can say is you've got to respect their consistency as the worst gym in existence if nothing else. It's got to be a challenge not having a single redeeming feature.Seems I can go in and tell a staff member... But do I have to pay $20 for the privilege? Nice auto response

I was charged $39 for their yearly dues and was NOT told about it. I called and spoke with them and was told "Sorry its in your agreement" you signed 13 months ago. Poor customer service if you ask me as not getting a reminded or heads up that your account will be charged $39 coming up. I was told I should have remembered what I signed. Some people budget monthly and not getting a reminder email, letter and or heads up is poor customer service. I get it Planet Fitness, your hidden fee's is what you rely on as additional income, you bank on people not realizing when a annual fee will be due! You should really consider notifying your members prior to charging their accounts.

SUPER clean and everything is new. There is a ton of space to spread out here to do what ever work-out plan you have. The staff is so friendly and down to earth. It's a very comfortable place to workout in, unlike Vassa and Chuze up the road. No meat heads here. For $10 a month and no yearly commitment contracts it's a superb gym option if you're on a budget. They check off all our boxes.

Staff is very friendly, everything is very clean like new, machines are great. I will come back here for sure! :)

Planet Fitness is affordable for anyone. $10 per month for gym access or $20/mo for black card access which gives you the most awesome hydromassage beds and chairs. Melt the stress away from work before you exercise. Worth every penny!

I've been to over 25 different PF gym's in the past 6 months between 20 states. This has been the best experience so far. The staff is friendly and busy. The machines are all brand new and the newest models. I have never even seen the tredmills they have here before. The locker room was not only immaculate but SMELLED GOOD! I cant tell you how much that meant. They have their schedules out in the open so it's easy and welcoming to take a personal class. The only thing this gym is missing is the strech cage I've seen in other PF's. Great job guys! Keep it up.

The gym is a great place for all abilities and the workouts are always new and interesting. Even the beginners feel welcome in the classes. The coaches really work to help with technique and skill.

This place is lacking in some of the amenities that prompted me to purchase a membership. They don't have the flat massage beds and they don't have a Beauty Angel. There is zero privacy because the 2 water massage chairs that they have are in a glass room. And despite saying they're open 24/7 they were indeed closed on Thanksgiving.

I just signed up a few weeks ago and have been loving it. Nice, clean gym and locker rooms. Great hours, 24 hours most days. You simply cannot beat the price anywhere. Plus you can bring a guest anytime for free.

Great price! Updated machines. Tons of support from the trainers and staff. Once a month they have pizza night and once a month bagel morning. After a long hard workout enjoy a massage chair to relax. Really is a judgment free zone. Even the fellow customers help you out.
