I went to cancel my membership ending May 1, 2023. Since I did not come in three days ago. They told me since I did not read the small print. That they are charging me $39 for an annual membership fee. This is how they screw people over

Love to do the circuit here, but this gym let's anyone use the machines however you want. There is always someone in there not using the timer or camping out for long periods of time. Have told the staff many times, nothing has changed

I have to say, by far this is my favorite location. The layout makes sense, staff is amazing, and they actually have the massage chairs I like (which many of them don't have). Special shoutout to Jeffrey who made my first visit very welcoming and that's probably the reason I like this location so much.

Today I walked in to do my usual morning workout at the Broomfield location, after my workout, I went up to the counter to see if I could do a tanning session. For 2 days now their "system has had issues" and I haven't been able to utilize my benefits with tanning. Not only that, but I was ignored by the staff at my PF location. I left that facility, and called the Westminster location and explained to Brandon the situation, and I asked if I could come to that location for a wuick tan session with my membership. He welcomed me into the gym, and helped me get set up in an unfamiliar setting, as I am not used to this location. Thank you Brandon for your great customer service, and welcoming me in today. I may be visiting this location more. Customer service that is great makes all the difference! Thank you!

This is a very clean gym with a large variety of equipment. There is always someone at the reception area that has a friendly greeting. Lots of space and doesn't seem too crowded whenever I am there.

Very clean but they have an automatic sign in schedule for the hydro and even though you are on the schedule since no one is at the counter they turn it into first come first served. Forget about the computer sign why even have that.

Been working out here a few years now. While on a treadmill you can watch one of the many TVs and the audio selection is made from your machine. I asked why the Fox news channel has never had audio and all of the others do? Some kind of "tech” problem. I come in tonight and the Superbowl is on Fox. Miracle! The "tech" problem is fixed. Not a bad gym if you don't mind the subliminal Joseph Goebbels way of doing things.The judgement and free thinking free zone😃. Other than that pretty good gym everyone is friendly and the place is clean.

Machines here stay broken for a long time. This is not an issue at other local locations. I used to go to this location more frequently but now I go to another location and their equipment stays broken for maybe a few days at most. This location has gone downhill over the past few months which is unfortunate

I was loving this gym until I met Karen this Saturday morning 12/10. She harasses every single person that comes in with someone. Really rude. But one bad apple is okay . The rest of her team makes up for her.
