Great gym. People that run it are always nice and professional. Only gripe is the highschool kids playing fullcourt basketball games all night long, but you can still shoot if you get there before noon. Great value for the money too, I tell all my friends about vasa.

Would give 0 stars if an option. We have had numerous issues with safety and theft here, both in the building and in the parking lot. Don't workout here if you want to keep your belongings yours, from your locked locker all the way up to your vehicle in the parking lot. No cameras, no lights, no assurance. Will be cancelling our membership. Can't respond to owners replies. The account associated with me is my husband's.

Love Vasa!!!!!!! It’s busy but everyone is always respectful! Great equipment, always have wet wipes available to clean equipment off (the dry “running liquid” is from people wiping the equipment off btw), & the staff is always so welcoming!! Have been a member for almost a year!

Vasa is a great gym for the price you pay. My only complaints are how crowded it can get and that they don’t provide towels. Other than that, nothing to complain about!

I canceled my membership in the app and confirmed it over the phone with a team member at this location. Eight charges were made on my checking account AFTER canceling. VASA Member Services states that there is no record of cancellation and there is nothing they can do or are willing to do. Clearly there was a breakdown between the gym, app, and member services. They are not guest service oriented. Document everyone you talk to, dates, names, and never delete their e-mails. This company is cold and calculating. Be aware!

Vasa has overcharged my account repeatedly. I have gone into the gym to speak to a manger 4 times and been redirected to their assistant manager Shannon. Shannon is incredibly rude and has a terrible attitude. After giving me a nasty attitude Shannon always explains to me that she doesn't understand what is going on with my account and since all the staff is new, I will have to speak to the general manager. Unfortunately, the general manager is always too busy to speak with me and has refused to reach out. How either of these people were hired to work in customer service is beyond me. Vasa has now triple charged my account, refused to cancel my account, and they are claiming my account is past due an additional 50$ with no explanation. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of these incompetent, rude, lazy con artists.

updated: If you are looking for a larger scale fitness center with a lot of options this place is great! Pool, sauna, steam, a lot of cardio machines, cables, plenty of squats racks, smith machines, etc. Maybe need to build a bigger or a second sauna as it always pretty full. Not sure if there is a hip thrust assist machine (but would love it if there was one) ?

They are rude at this facility. The front desk staff here really just damper your day and do all the wrong things in terms of quality communication and making it a positive and uplifting environment to work out in. The weights and gym facilities themselves meet the quality standards I need to progress with my workout and life in general, but I do not stop to chat or communicate with these folks as I've lost interest in the vile and negative interactions with the managers allow with consistency. I like nice and positive interactions, you won't get it from anyone working here. They are not there to help you if you get hurt or break your arm either. Only get in and get it. 0/5 rating.

I love VASA fitness. The vibe is so upbeat and fun. The machines and facilities are always clean. Staff is always polite and cheerful, sign in is easy. They have an app you can use on your cell phone. I don’t like that they got rid of the theater though. They always have a really good assortment of machines. I can find just about anything I need to workout there. There’s always enough parking too. It’s also in a really good location. Convenient to where I live.

One of the few defining futures that sets VASA apart from their competitors are the lavish amenities, such as the fitness theater, steam room, sauna, pool and hot tubs for which to enjoy before, during or after a good work out. Sadly however the hot tub is never at the target temperature of 104°F. It doesn't seem to be an isolated incident either, as this has been the case at every VASA location I've visited. The sauna and steam room Temps seem to vary from location to location. Also the pools are quite small, only capable of accommodating a few lanes for laps. Cleaning stations are few and far between, and difficult to find. Not sure how often the equipment is being wiped down which I find kinda important these days. They are often over crowded in general as well. Not sure if that generated traffic is from general popularity and appreciation for these niche amenities or the fact that it is a contract unlike the competitors. At sign up for VASA you're asked to commit and agree to a minimum of 6 months of their services, requiring a fee should you violate this contract. Which may deter some who are not in love with the services or find it too difficult to access their desired equipment from actually leaving.
