Almost everytime I've come here you have to wait for a machine to get your workout. Now I come midday and the thing I look forward to the most is the ability to shoot hoops. Normally there is a ton of basketballs to shoot with. I get they get worn out and need replaced. Well no ball to shoot with and then the staff could care less about the lack of more than 3 balls. Overpacked and lame place to work out.

Impossible to get a machine after 5AM on weekdays, and after 8AM on weekends, and that is not an exaggeration, it is truly impossible. Raises your prices or do something, because you’re creating an awful experience. 1 Star and I’d give less if I could

This gym has it all:No soap in the bathroom.No sanitizer anywhere.Empty wipe containers.Way too many people.Lines for equipment.Visibly dirty.Water bottle filling stations with constant change filter lights.Loose screws on equipment and racks in upholstery.Hooks not rated for the weight they are being used lift.This is the Chucky Cheese of gyms beware.

This has to be one of the poorest ran gyms in town. The women’s bathroom is constantly out of toilet paper and is always filthy. I have never once seen staff cleaning. There is TONS of staff and all they do is congregate and chat amongst themselves. They are always out of disinfect wipes and the trash is overflowing. Most of the cardio machines are out of commission. Definitely in need of new management. It’s like a bunch of kids run this location.

The gym has a good amount of equipment but it is way too crowded at all times if the day. there is no good time to go. none. Also they take poor care of their locker room and showers. never any soap in the showers.

I just became a member about a week ago, but so far I love it here. The staff is super friendly as well as the other fellow members which I have already had conversations with. When I’ve experienced machines or when the steam room was broken, it was fixed the next day or within the week which I’ve never experienced at other gyms before. I’ve quickly learned when the best times to come in are (when it’s not packed like a can of sardines) which in my opinion just shows me they have a big following and have a good reputation. And everyone has been extremely respectful. Excited to try some of the classes out in the near future.

Love this gym! Always clean and various types of people at all times. Everyone is super respectful and clean. Def not just gym rats but people of all different shapes and sizes. I feel very comfortable here. Took my kid to the kid center and he loved it so much that he was disappointed when I went to get him after 1 and 1/2 hrs. The kids area has a little theatre and plenty of space and activities for the kiddos. My son loved the employees who took care of him tonight. We can't wait to go back!

Nice equipment and staff with good membership rates, but those aspects lead to an incredibly overcrowded gym. Expect to circle the parking lot for 10 minutes before finding a spot, then waiting for 10 minutes for a single machine that is likely not wiped down. Vasa needs to put a capacity on membership or raise rates because this gym is completely unusable

Don’t join if you work out at night. 4-9 it’s a madhouse with no dumbbells under 40 lbs available lol. It’s a shame because it’s got great equipment, the sauna and steam room and hot tub are a nice plus but I think I’ll be leaving this gym soon, there are so many people even at 9pm

I love this gym but it’s over crowded to the point where even $20 sometimes doesn’t seem worth it. They need to take a pause on memberships or not allow guests because it’s ridiculous the size compared to how many people come here
