Arnoldo Ruiz is the best Zumba instructor ever! Super fun class and with a great personality! I've taken yoga and cycle classes and i have never been disappointed. 10/10

Adjusting my review, I am the one with the account, No needed ID to open AND PAY for my membership $38 + per month to be able to take up to two guests with me, so I take my boy who is 16 years old and forgot his ID and people a front desk denied his entry... Went back home all embarrassed. It looks like I got enrolled at a wrong gym. No worries, it will cost me some money but I will find a professional place...

Nice gym, but I've tried going at every time that fits into my schedule and it's always ridiculously crowded to the point I just leave because I don't have time to wait 15 minutes for each piece of equipment I want to use to open up. Feels like a waste of money.

Location always packed no matter what time I ever went. They make it impossible to cancel your account via the app. They need the club number which is nowhere on anything they ever gave me. Now I'm on hold for the last 20 mins. And they make sure to charge you a cancellation fee of $25 and another month of dues. Will not be going back to this place when I am working in Denver. They need to open a UFC Gym there where the dues are higher and they have a recovery area with cryo, normatec and hydro massage. I don't mind paying the higher dues because you aren't tripping over everyone performing stupid stuff they saw on tik tok.

EDIT - It took some time but Vasa is finally trying to make things right. I will take this review down in a month or so if it all works out.First review -This gym will rob you.The billing system is confusing and un-intuitive. My wife signed up for an account for myself and her and they started billing us. As it turns out, for 6 months, they billed us only for her account. They never contacted us until my account was in collections with an $80 fee for "late payment".This is a company that refuses to invest in a reasonable billing software or customer service system.EDIT - update - a member services person reached out, was incredibly rude to my wife, and offered us nothing in compensation. I think I will leave this review up.EDIT 2 - update - a better member services person reached out and has reinstated our account, and we are trying to figure out next steps.

Be aware of theft inside of building and outside of building, Staff is not reporting to customers all the police activities on premises due to stolen items. pack back’s, cars, and catalytic converter’s parts taking from vehicles Etc. Myself and others has been victimized please be mindful of your property while working out. Overall great gym.

I came from Arizona where there are Lifetime fitnesses that have most of what VASA offers with the pool sauna steam room bball court etc ... but they are like 79.99 a month! 39.99 for all that plus hot yoga? Can't beat it. Has plenty of squat racks and then even a bunch more dead-lifting station to handle the crowds. Haven't checked out the yoga classes yet but so far this is the best deal i've ever had in a gym. Last gym i paid 49.99 it didn't even have a jacuzzi. Just weights. I don't know what other gyms cost in Denver, but setup is perfect for me. Cheap enough for a student to afford. Stoked!

This gym is insanely nice and affordable but good luck getting a work out in here. It’s packed to a point where you will be waiting 20 mins to get on each machine. Seriously, I have seen less people at a concert. If you go between 4:30-5:30am and 12-1:30 pm then you will be okay. I have tried all the possible times at this place. I want to like it so bad but they have enough members to fill out two more locations of equal size.

I gotta say - I’ve been a member for years, starting at the Sheridan and Centennial, occasionally using the one on 104th.. and I for SURE thought come early January and a full parking lot would mean lack of available equipment.. but there were more than enough treadmills, stairmasters, even out of the two yoga balls they have I didn’t have to wait at all.. there was plenty of room on the grass, too! (6:30p)The crowd is mixed ages and abilities. Feels so comfortable to be here, not just full of meat-heads. It did seem like the weight machine area was busy but by 7:30pm there was 1/3 the people over there..And best of all - the receptionist let me go back to back on the massage chair. ❤️ so glad this is the one closest to me now!!

Went to vasa for a while and had a decent experience while I was at the gym, however when it was time for me to move away and I went to cancel my membership… I spoke with someone at the front desk to cancel. They confirmed with me that they had canceled my membership. I moved out of the country and months later I noticed I was still getting charged from my bank account. Canceling and asking customer support for a refund has been a nightmare because I’m still out of the country and I can’t access the apps server from over here. My experience in dealing with their corporate office or whomever works their customer support has been horrific
