Great club! Really like the Thrive program and working directly with a coach who can make adjustments based on my physical concerns. Also enjoy the camaraderie of working with a small group.

Staff is great. Major improvements made to the gym since I joined 1 year ago. Brand new equipment throughout the entire gym!

It’s not terrible given how limited space is in the city but the place just feels like it’s trying to milk it’s members for all they have. Don’t get duped by the “trainer”. It’s just a glorified class with “personalized” training regimen. The teachers are nice but they legit charge you like you have a one on one personal trainer when it’s just one teacher putting a group of you through a very generic circuit. It’s also VERY hard to cancel and they put incredible pressure on you to keep doing it. CAVEAT EMPTOR.I keep going here because it’s the best in the area for what it is but it’s very expensive for a very mediocre product. They have a few squat racks and benches and small lifting area. Compared to a real gym it feels like someone’s (crowded) garage. It gets the job done but as a consumer it’s a bad experience.

Friendly, helpful staff. Equipment is always clean and we'll maintained. There's always enough available equipment to keep busy.

It is the trainers that make the experience worth while. They create a fun and supportive environment that keeps me going back!

Great gym run by a friendly, helpful staff. When it was closed at the end of 2022 for renovations, I went to the Market East location and it didn't have the same feel-good vibe. Grad Hospital is further for me but it's worth it. It's not cheap but you get what you pay for. It has all the equipment you need (except a calf machine but oh well), it's clean, and I like that I get to use my points for free smoothies.

My favorite Gym in the city. Plus they just renovated the first floor and basement with Olympic lifting equipment!Literally the best gym in the city 🙌🏾

It's crazy that they preach "community" all the time and yet don't pay their employees nearly enough to live off of. I guess "community" really means "abject poverty"

The gym is already expensive as is. They closed for renovations and when I inquired about freezing my account I was told that my last payment already paid for two of the weeks the gym is closed for. Felt scammy. Also, I didn't know they were closing, there was no heads up to freeze my payments. Now I'm being told that after renovations, if I want to go to classes that I'll have to upgrade my account?! I'm already paying $70/month. That's insane that I'll have to pay more. Unfortunately this isn't worth it to me and I will be canceling my membership. Unless they added a pool, this cost is purely not worth it. I'd rather pay for a luxury gym that has everything CF does + a pool or rock wall. This is just a generic gym.
