I have been working with Tom for awhile and have achieved so many personal goals in that time. After a bad knee injury that I feared would require surgery, we were able to create a rehab program that has made my knee stronger than ever. We also work on nutrition, identify monthly goals, and create a system of accountability that has been great for not only my physical but also mental and emotional state. I have lost weight and gained so much confidence working with Tom and going to Legacy.

I always appreciate my experience at LEGACY along with the consistent motivation outside of the gym to keep me align with my goals. Its only been 6 weeks and I already feel/see a difference in my body - my strength and confidence is really showing! They really maximize the space and its always clean. The coaches are very educated and truly care about each clients individual needs. Highly recommend giving LEGACY a try!

This place is amazing. When I first joined I knew nothing about lifting. Now I can deadlift 220+ lbs! I have also been able to bench and squat much more weight that I would have ever even dreamed of. At the same time each session is so much fun. Working out is not a pain, with Legacy Strength it is an unforgettable experience.

One of my favorite places! Very organized and clean environment. The layout is efficient and has awesome equipment. I have been working with Matt for almost 2 years and continue to do so because it's hard to beat the structure provided. My workouts and nutrition are tweaked to meet my specific goals, which can change from time to time. These guys do their homework when it comes to tailoring a space and program for their clients.

I’ve worked out with Tom for several years. After training with four other trainers, he is by far the best. He listens to what my goals are and helps me achieve them. His attitude is always positive, and his demeanor is super friendly. Partner him with Matt, and the environment is fantastic. I can’t say enough positive things about both of them.

Legacy is a fantastic training facility with high quality equipment to suit anyones needs. Secondly, the environment is unmatched. I’ve never been to a gym that has such a tight knit community. Overall a fantastic place to train that delivers in all aspects.

This is my 24th year of having a personal trainer. I am 61 years old and feel that personal training is an investment in my health. When I invest in anything, I make sure it is a good investment. Well, Tom has been my trainer for 4 years now and boy has it paid off! He is truly dedicated (as is his partner Matt), to his profession. Very knowledgable and professional. He trains me for my lifestyle and activities as well as pushes me to get stronger within my abilities. I am an avid tennis player and Tom trains me to improve my performance playing. Safety is always a concern as far as what and how I am doing any exercise/lift. I have remained injury free and getting stronger every session. I highly recommend these gentlemen for an investment in your health!The atmosphere and energy always puts a smile on my face.

This place has made all the difference for me. I was fortunate enough to meet Matt prior to their opening and received nothing but good vibes from him. Once I was able to swing by, meet Tom, get a feel for the atmosphere and check out some pristine & professional equipment, I knew joining this gym would be beneficial for me both mentally and physically.The knowledge these two have is unmatched, and they very much complement one another. It's very refreshing...Along with that, the members I've been able to meet along the way have been nothing but loving and supportive, no matter how often my goals change...everyone brings the hype!

Joined a workout with my fiancé at legacy today, it was like an iron paradise of all the things you could want to do in the gym. I was pushed to go harder, go heavier, and slam weights. I hit some new numbers and some old numbers I haven’t tried in a long time. Very encouraged to return and get stronger
