The staff here is amazing! There are so many kudos here! For example, their was no one at the front desk except Adam who had clocked out and stayed to check me in for the hydrating massage table; Lena has a lot of patience when I need to sign in to the Wi-Fi; Mark is very good to work with during his exercise routines. I could go on and on about the great staff! Let’s see if I can mention their names: Aaron, Matt, Seth, Jasmine, Austin, Kylie, all great great people!!💕

This gym is the best gym to be in Wilmington! The staff is amazing and friendly and all the equipment and bathrooms are always clean. This definitely makes my gym experience, a great one!

This planet fitness location is the best in my opinion. Yes, it is smaller but the people are awesome! Mark the PT is always there to help when I am looking for another workout for a specific muscle group or when I don't feel like I am doing something right. The front desk people are so friendly and are there to help with whatever you need. Lastly it is SOOO clean -- going to other gyms and then going back to planet reminds me how much I love it there. You wont find hair balls rolling on the floor or nasty sweaty machines -- they take pride in their cleaning and it shows.

Completely and totally first rate. Sometimes just to have one of the staff greet me with a sincere greeting can really lift one's spirits.From Lena to Josh to Seth to Trey... even to the newest of the new hires, they all make me feel like I'm a valued customer.

I recently returned to Planet Fitness after more than a year because I was recovering from two knee surgeries. The trainer, Mark, was extremely helpful, working with me develop a new fitness program. He took my present limitations into consideration and has been checking on my progress. The gym is very clean, some staff member is always busy wiping down equipment, refilling spray bottles, or checking the status of the restrooms. I’m lucky to have this great gym so close to where I live!

Outstanding staff. Clean and friendly environment. I have a membership at two other gyms. This is the best one and also the least expensive. You get a whole lot for a little money. I love this place. I’m glad I found it !!!!!Oh and by the way: The best thing is the staff treats everyone like your their family.

Locker rooms/bathrooms, equipment, and the overall gym is very clean!Staff members are friendly and helpful!Only downfall is the size of this place! Feels crowded with only a handful of people there, not as many options as the other locations.Also, I only seen a couple of rooms with tanning beds. Initially I assumed all locations would have all of the "black card amenities" included with the membership, but this one does not. This needs to be addressed online to show what amenities ARE available at this location. I'll either have to cancel my membership altogether, or maybe just transfer it to another location that's across town from my home 😔 If you're not getting the black card membership, or don't care about the extra amenities you're getting with it, then this location would be perfect for you!

Great workout environment and excellent staff. Aaron and Seth are the guys I see most and they are always so personable, friendly, and upbeat. They are always walking around keeping the place clean and customers happy!!

The reason the Monkey Junction Planet Fitness location is so awesome is because of the incredible staff it has. The manager, Lena, is an excellent leader which inspires the staff to do their best. I can't say enough good things about the morning staff. Adam is so reliable and dependable and possesses such a pleasant disposition. He is a real inspiration to everyone and takes a great deal of pride in his work. He is constantly cleaning the equipment and making sure everything is safe. I'm fortunate I have such an outstanding place to workout.

Love this gym!! It’s super clean and the staff is amazing. Lena is the best manager, always willing to help and she’s super friendly. The bathrooms are always in good condition, and whenever there is a problem with a machine it’s resolved quickly.
