Absolutely AMAZING gym! Seth is an absolute Tone Setter! He will 100% put the Regional Manager, Reid, to shame in a cookie eating contest! Best Gym of All Time with the Best Staff!! I heard many Planet Fitness Staff such as Lena, Aaron, Seth, Adam, and Mark were practicing what they preach and running a marathon in October. Love a gym that has teamwork and bonding exercises like a team marathon!

This is one of the cleanest gyms I know of. Someone is always dusting, cleaning or sweeping in here. The people here take real good care of the gym as well. They take pride in their gym by always following the clean rules. They clean equipment before and after each use.The staff are always friendly and polite. I’m glad this is where I call my home gym.

I love this gym. ALWAYS clean, a really solid variety of machines and free weights to use. The Black membership is worth it for added use of the hydro bed and massage chairs. Tanning beds are there but I can’t speak to use of them as I come brown as standard. The members are pretty cool as well, and by that, I mean you pretty much always get left alone. I honestly think the only time I have ever spoken a member was when I was asked about a machine. If you’re an introvert like me, this place is awesome. It’s also pretty cool to see people of all shapes, sizes and ages in place.But I can honestly say the best part about this gym is the staff. The morning crew of Lena, Kylie and Adam are just awesome. Within two weeks they knew my name and greet me with a good morning and smile. I honestly feel like they just about every regular's name. Maybe it's just good customer service, but it makes you feel welcomed every time you walk in the doors. During my morning workouts its common to see them scurrying around like ants tending to their duties. Seriously I could write a couple of pages about how great they are. I don’t know what they get paid but I highly doubt it's enough.

Great gym, very convenient location, and Awesome Staff, Club manager Lena is super kind and has helped me out plenty with my membership. Club staff are very kind, greeting you as you walk in and leaving as-well as striking up conversations making you feel welcomed. Bathrooms are always in good conditions, aswell as the gym itself. A great environment overall, people are always willing to share routines and suggestions

Very clean gym and awesome staff! They greet you with a smile and make you feel very welcomed the second you walk in. The Club manager, Lena has always been very helpful and sweet. If i ever have a question about a machine, she always explains and demonstrates how to use it. She’s always smiling and treats everyone with respect. I feel lucky to be a member of such an awesome gym!

Great gym & great atmosphere! This location is always extremely clean including all the amenities offered. I haven’t had one issue since I began coming here. The staff is always so friendly. The manager Lena, is always welcoming you into the gym with a smile and is so patient and kind with any questions I’ve ever had! I recommend this pf location to everyone.

I had a good workout. And everything was going good. Until the last 15 minutes of my workout. It was a guy in there that had his mask on but covering his nose but not his mouth. I said something to the trainer. He said quotes. Oh we just let him do that and he wants to go on but I stop him. I just said I hate in my day and time to have to see us going through all this. But there's rules they keep us all safe. He once said something to the guy but the guy still didn't put his mask down all the way. He should insisted or told him to leave. He must fall in some kind of click that they have there in that gym. And that is no way to run a safe and healthy environment. It's people like these people that got us in this situation in the first place. This happened around 9:30 p.m. this night. The facility closes at 10 p.m. here in Monkey Junction

The staff is GREAT, equipment and cleanliness is GREAT, BUT the use of smart phone by people while on machines is getting worse every day! Recently A guy was on the pec fly machine for 10 minutes! Stopped 3 times between sets to text!Use of phones should NOT be permitted at all while ON the machine! PLEASE do something to deal with this problem. I LOVE the gym, but this problem needs to be addressed!

Love it here. I felt welcomed from the time I signed up till the time I left. The trainer Mark is great at explaining the work out machines. Doesn't matter if you are a beginner or if your an expert at working out, you are at the right place. So stay healthy and join planet fitness today.

I agree with a review I read on a few points. This club is always clean and very well kept. I come here quite often and have never had an issue with cleanliness. Even the bathrooms are spotless (which are usually the first to go). This gym is the smaller of the two in the area but does not lack in equipment. Definitely a great place to workout, and for a fraction of the cost of other places.That being said I have a few issues with the staff. Most of the employees I feel are only here for an after school job. Most of them don't really care about being here except for the chosen few. I'm not saying that this job is the best out there, but you could at least be sociable. Really only two people that care much. I get the feeling that some of the kids that work on the weekends do so to hang out with friends and impress them.
