Clean equipment and always upgrading to the new stuff. Sometimes the Carolina beach road location gets crowded because it's small. I would like to see the company expand this location to accommodate the growing population. That's the only reason they lost points.

Always clean, staff is friendly and knows your name (even though mines pretty easy ha), app makes check in easy for you and your guest also crowd meter is nice to see how busy it is.

Planet Fitness is a scammy company. Do not sign up with them. They lock you into contracts and charge you monthly even after you cancel. If you freeze rather than cancel you still have to pay the annual fee. You don’t want to use services like this that find ways to steal your money. They really need to find a new structure for memberships or they will lose the trust of the public. I will take this as a lesson to never sign up for with companies like this. Take your hard earned money elsewhere.

Planet Fitness Monkey Junction has a more friendly n personal touch with their clients. They make it a point of addressing u by ur name. I am very pleased n will continue to recommend it as a great place to get ur work out on, meet new people, njoy the cleanest, have the experience of Great Customer Service.

We have been coming here for a few years and feel at home here with the staff. Everyone is always very kind and personable. You are always made to feel welcome and they work very hard to keep things neat and clean. The staff seems very happy to be there, which is contagious.

I’m sure if you’re not a gym person, just getting started, or just want to do cardio, this gym is sufficient. And I’m not slamming the staff, just the gym isn’t for people who want to lift moderately heavy or use weights. Very few free weights, only 1 of everything. So I’d go anywhere else. There’s a better gym down the road. Find it like I did.
