I love it here! I pay $10 a month and it's so worth it. I decided to get the base account because I don't need all the stuff the black card comes with. They ALWAYS greet you when you come in and say bye when you leave. My only issue is with other gym users who don't wipe down machines they've sweated all over. I'd advise just wiping down machines before using them and afterwards. I was nervous people would stare at me and was uncomfortable going to a gym but no one cares that you are there because they're doing their own thing. Definitely judgement free zone.

Great price for the monthly subscription. Nice equipment, friendly staff, and clean gym. They also have tanning beds, massage chairs, and you can bring a guest if you have the black card. Can get busy though but if you download the app, you can see when less people are there.

Been there almost 5 yrs at least. Staff is wonderful. They have been exceptional during this Pandemic especially, Always been a very clean and sanitary place since day one. The managers are wonderful in Nile's location especially Nikki, shes a very dedicated, loyal, hard worker and she shows it in public eye with no knowledge she just foes her job to the fullest even with no recognition of it or people noticing like I do. Def recommend this gym to the fullest.

Not nearly what my membership was. Not 24hrs. No showers. Water if you bring a water bottle or buy one. Most lockers are inaccessible. May not continue my membership

The facility is nice however the staff have bad attitudes. Do yourself a favor and don't interact with them. I informed the manager. Apparently he is not concerned.

They're rules are ridiculous. If you have a guess with you they're limited to what they can participate in. Help me understand! If your trying to get more people to join, why limit what maybe a positive experience for a new member.

Austin and Abby are the friendliest staff in the world. I'm super excited to visit Planet Fitness every morning just to see those two. They are the reason I keep coming back!

Staff was excellent-very respectful, consistenly cleaning machines and maintaining the place as a whole. Machines were functional and up to par, will be returning for another workout.

I just called about how hard it is to use a mask while exercising. I also saw on the news that as long as there is a six foot distance, you do not need a mask to exercise. They told me to come in and cancel my membership. How nice

Masks while you workout is unsafeMoving on.. I tried cancelling my membership. I was told I had to come in the building (I can't wear masks because of a health condition).They said I could mail a letter but either way I was still going to be charged for the next billing cycleI don't want to return. You guys are very judgemental and the mask policy is rediculous (just close the gym!). When trying to cancel, it should happen immediately. There shouldn't be: "well yes you can cancel but you have to pay for another month and come into our facility".Youre focused on business and politics....not your customers.I will get this account canceled and will not return to ANY planet fitness. I've been a customer for 5 years.
