Planet Fitness

I cannot effectively work out with constraints recently imposed. Rules implemented that were not part of the contract requires I cease paying dues. The indoor air quality must not be safe. I do not feel safe in their facility which is my cancellation reason #1,#2, #3 and so on and so forth. I never, ever, will join Planet Fitness.

The team at this location I'm Niles Ohio is literally second to none. From management down to the the representatives is the standard for giving members a amazing experience... There are alot of planet fitness through out the country as I been to many and in my personal opinion Niles location is in a class of their own. Thank you team for all the hard work during this difficult times of covid 19. Keep raising the bar setting the bar for other locations....

We switched to planet fitness after being members at global for years. What a difference! So much cleaner (the actually clean the tanning beds), fully staffed with knowledge employees, and better/ newer equipment. We really didn't know what we had been missing until we switched.

Always clean, awesome employees, need some extra heating up by the front desk, the employees looked cold. But pretty awesome.

Thankfully this location didn't disappoint! Having a black card membership has great perks, like using any gym across the country. Everything one needs for a great workout, under one roof, thanks!

Of the approximately 5 different plant fitness locations I've been inside this is by far the worst. In general I believe planet fitness is a good gym brand. I go 4 to 5 days a week. I go out of my way to a farther location though because this one is generally over crowded and smells. The smell I believe is due to it being a rather cramped location for a planet fitness. Every other location I've been in has a much larger space. It's difficult to work out when the whole time you are feeling as if the gym is smelly and dirty. Again, I like planet fitness and will continue to be a member but avoid this location if at all possible.

Depends on the day you visit sometimes you go in and feel at place other days you could be there for hours and no be noticed at all. Staff has a preference for people who know what they are doing and can seem judgement on those who need a little help. Also feels like some who are hired to work have no clue how the membership program is run. Personal trainer helps create a decent fittness plan but if you choose a day where he is helping lots of others create their plan since he is the only trainer you can feel robbed of true help.

This is a very nice Planet Fitness. Clean, none of the machine are ever “out of order”, spacious locker room, etc.My only complaint:-too much area designated for cardio machines... the free weight area is very small for the amount of weightlifting members that use this PF as their home gym.

I enjoy the gym alot never had a bad experience. My issue is that they say it is 24 hours so when i go after work to go tanning anytime between 1230-130 am theres no one there to say okay to tanning.. I understand that theres stuff to b done at night but i also say that they should have more than one person there or at least have something to notify the worker that someone is wantting their help at the desk.. Other than that its great

I took a tour of the facilities and was horrified at what I saw people who were using the equipment were not wiping off the machines when I pointed this out to the management I was told they were supposed to after showing the guide the same person coughing doing his routine and not wiping off the machines l had little faith in the cleanliness of the facilities too many body fluids carrying disease bacteria and viruses are spread like this l again l voiced my concerns to the management and was told there were wipes available for you to wipe the machines of before using them I will not wipe off others sweat and other fluids off then out of respect for others clean the same machine again when I get finished this is a great breeding ground for every disease spread by body fluids. This was enough to convince me to find someplace else to go later I also found to be a member you have to give them your bank account information so that they can make monthly withdrawal s and will not except cash I'll never even walk through the door again people beware of places like this
