I went last Saturday and I went to the wet area where the whirlpool only had one jet working. The sauna wasn't hot. Where is the quality control at this gym? With the new gyms in town that have working saunas and whirlpools I can't understand the mediocre upkeep of equipment! There is now competition for memberships! I guess this is good enough for some members but not for me. Years ago when the steam room was working the place was busy. Now it's like nobody cares to keep the equipment working correctly.

The Staff are Super dedicated, and take their job seriously. They’re always cleaning which is awesome! & They helped me get my AirPod out of the stair master (x super thankful I didn’t have to buy a 3rd pair !!

Straight up Trash and overpriced, plus they charge for guest, honestly, their is a GYM that is going to put Define Fitness out of business soon.... You guys better work on lowering your prices for a mediocre facility.

There was only one leg extension machine and there was basically a line to use it. While looking for alternative machine to exercise quads they were all out of order. Probably won't go back for leg days. I gave 3 stars instead of one because staff was friendly and only the leg machines were out of order

Defined Fitness is usually an amazing gym. However, this locations amenities barely work. Half of their stair steppers have been down for more than a year, it took them more than 6 months to get the only hip thrust machine to start working again, and much more. It would be a lot easier to get machines when it’s crowded if the machines just worked.

Disappointed that they permanently closed the steam room. I've always wanted to join defined and one of the reasons was to use the steam room. You have the sauna open and there are lots of people in there why cant you reopen the steam room? Doesn't make any sense.

Wish they would fix their leaking roof water drips from almost every skylight. Fix their broken sauna door and maybe put a thermometer in the sauna so we could see how warm it is in there. From time to time it doesn’t seem like it’s hot just warm. Other than that it’s a nice gym.

The roof needs repairs, always leaking, fans and pipping are covered in gross dust bunnies, women’s locker room ceiling is falling apart and they never clean the showers or the curtains. I workout 6/7 days a week. It’s sad if abq had better competition maybe it would motivate the owners to invest in renovating their current locations vs throwing money into new ones while the old ones just run themselves into the ground. Front desk can barely take 2 seconds to look up from their phones to greet you. Not worth the monthly dues but not many options in abq.The response is always the same generic script. They can’t even be real about addressing feedback, but brush it off instead of put action behind their intentions to create a good environment.

Decent gym. Gets really busy and it's hard to get equipment so be prepared.
