I did Muay Thai with these people for nearly 3 years. They were all very nice, inclusive, and helpful. No matter where you were in your education, everybody learned something every session.

INCREDIBLE! WELCOMING AND COMPETITIVE.I have been training here since this place opened. I love the safe and very welcoming environment. I feel like our team is a family. I also love the competition. We get lots of new members and we also have a very solid core group of higher-level belts and coaches. This means there is always someone your skill level but it also means there is always someone there to push you.Invictus makes me feel very confident about my skills but the level of rolling and sparring that is offered by my partners always makes me feel like there's room for improvement. It makes me feel like I should train more and harder to be better and to offer them the kind resistance they offer me. I also love when we get new people and I get to show them everything that I've learned and share with them something I'm so passionate about. This is a great gym for beginners because there are so many people that want to help you learn. This is also a great gym for higher level belts because everyone still wants you to learn and they have the capabilities to push you. I visit other gyms and love the entire Albuquerque community, but have yet to see something great enough to make me switch.Ive been practicing kickboxing since 2008 and BJJ since 2010. Come on in and spar with me, and the people that make me feel like a white belt.

I’ve been training at Invictus since November 2017. I tried a few different gyms after my gym closed and I fell in love with this gym. We all train for different reasons. Some train to fight, some train to relieve stress, some train to lose weight, etc... what ever your reason the coaches have the tools to help each individual. I am impressed with the coachs’ knowledge, dedication, and progressive classes. It’s a little intimidating going into a new gym, but this group of coaches will work with your skill level and athletic abilities. They will make you feel comfortable and welcome. I’m happy to say I found a new home.

I live in Carlsbad NM, but i travel once a week to Albuquerque. Out of all of the gyms I've visited in the Albuquerque area, this one has the most welcoming atmosphere and a great teaching style. Very respectable. I now train here every week. I highly recommend!!

I've been doing Jiu Jitsu at Invictus for over 3 years now. It is a great place to have fun, get in shape and learn some self defense. I'm an optometrist and can't afford to get hurt or show up to work with bruises or black eyes, everyone at Invictus is very nice and there are no egos. The pricing is one of the best that I've seen in NM for such a nice facility. I would highly recommend stopping by and signing up.
