D1 Alexandria is a great place to train. Coming from a crossfit background, I enjoy the programming and coaching. They provide a little bit of everything for you to be a well rounded athlete. The people in the gym are nice. Classes are timely and small. Definitely would recommend. Great central location too!

Did a summer program for endurance for my kids who are 11 and under. I wish they had more kid classes during the school year. It was a good agility class and alternative from having to be in a club sport.

Great facility. They keep it simple with a progressive overload with a training app that allows you track your weights and improvement. Trainers adaptive and add variations when needed given experience and push you to improve. First time I’ve been consistent with a gym in over a decade.

We love bringing our 7 year old son here. All the coaches and staff are so friendly and the training really compliments our sons other sports (baseball, soccer, gymnastics, wrestling etc). We have been coming for over a year and we can definitely see an improvement in our sons strength and speed. He loves it too and they make it fun for the younger kids.

love this gym, great community, great coaching, great workouts. all workouts start with dynamic stretching and have speed, strength, and cardio workouts sessions end with stretching and a cooldown. there’s a wide variety of workouts and programs that tailor to everyone’s needs, from beginners to regular gym-goers. many great coaches that are determined to help you improve and succeed. great gym and i definitely recommend.
