Looks like I am not alone in having recurring issues with the studio manager, Bekah. I have enjoyed Orange Theory very much, but truly regret being a member at this studio. I have an injury that is preventing me from exercising, on the advice of my doctor and PT. Based on my contract with the studio, I should be able to pause or cancel my membership without being charged. Bekah has repeatedly failed to do this. When I call, the studio staff tell me they will address this with her ASAP, but I never get resolution.I finally had to dispute the charges directly with my bank and cancel my credit card entirely so they can't charge me anymore, what a pain. If you want to try Orange Theory, do yourself a favor and sign up at the Bradlee shopping center studio. I have taken classes there too and always received much better service.UPDATE: per response from studio manager: This was not a misunderstanding. I was charged well after the 30 day notice window. I was repeatedly told by your staff that I would get a refund for those charges, and I did not. I am familiar with the contract I signed; you all were in violation of it for continuing to charge me after the 30 day notice that I gave.

I’ve been a member st this studio for about 2 years, with a slight break in between due to a medical procedure. Overall, I enjoyed my time at this studio and the workouts were fine. At least this was the case when Allison was the studio manager. For the past month, I’ve been contacting the studio on a weekly basis, at times, several times a week to try to cancel my membership. Everytime, I’m told that the new studio manager, Bekah, would handle it and this has yet to happen. I’ve left emails, voicemails, etc and have been consistently ignored. The lack of professionalism and subpar customer service exhibited by this studio is truly shocking. This isn’t the OTF that I know. This morning, I saw that the studio charged my card for another month of membership despite them ignoring my request to cancel my membership since LAST MONTH. Bekah is clearly over her head and does not know how to run a studio. Like other reviewers, I will be disputing the charge and canceling my card to avoid future charges.

I signed up for a complementary newcomer class and days later was charged after I was told it would be complementary. The workout was unorganized and there were only a few people in attendance. It’s not as fun as it use to be.

I bought a $500 class pack at this location, and shortly thereafter, tore a tendon in my ankle - my doctor thinks it likely occurred after a particularly brutal OTF workout. Since then, I have been unable to return to exercise of this intensity, and my orthopedist says I should avoid high impact exercise like this going forward because of the potential for injury. Despite all of this, this location has kept my $500 and refuses to issue a refund, even though I didn't sign a contract and a have a verifiable medical issue.Very poor business ethics - wouldn't recommend this location.
