The front desk staff at my location are always friendly and welcoming. (shout out to Kam).I feel very comfortable exercising here and can concentrate on ‘me’ and my workout routine.They keep the space clean and members are good about wiping equipment down after use.I highly recommend Planet Fitness to anyone wanting a gym that doesn’t feel pretentious and has great value for the money spent.

Best investment in my health I’ve ever made. Such a reasonable price for a really great facility. The daytime crew is super friendly and do a phenomenal job of keeping the place clean. I use the app to track my progress and keep myself accountable, it’s a no-brainer for anyone who wants to improve their physical health. Shout out to all the super sweet kids at the front desk! 😊

I have black membership card and got charged full price for a drink. Thinking of canceling my membership. Bought water got charged full price. Felt a little discrimination going on. Lady looked at me like Yeah I’m going to charge you full price.

I love Planet Fitness because I can get in and get a great cardio and strength training workout. I love that they are keeping the machines one space apart from each other as everyone doesn't like to wear masks while working out. I hope they keep this up.

They still charged me after explicitly explaining to me that it was canceled and that it wouldn’t charge. I called to see if I can get it refunded since I was told originally it wouldn’t charge and they just kept repeating that it’s their policy.

This Planet Fitness is great!! Friendly and efficient staff, clean and neat equipment and areas are always clean! I went by the Sterling club yesterday and it was a packed mad house so the Alexandria gyms are the best !!!!

Nice facility. Night manager is rude. Blocked off the entire men’s locker room to clean. I went in to get MY property out and she got an attitude with me. The signs are to warn men that there’s a female in the locker room so be decent. Not to prevent PAYING CUSTOMERS from retrieving their property from the locker room.UPDATE: the store manager called me and apologized for the situation and unsure it would be addressed. It’s good to know the store management cares about their customers and I appreciate the feedback!
