We just joined...New Year resolution to loose a few pounds and tone back up. So far I have observed that the Staff is not exceedingly helpful or concerned or caring. A lot of the equipment is dusty and there is dried sweat drips on some of it. It's apparent the Staff are not doing additional cleaning. Also, the Sit Up Inclined Benches are loose to the point where someone could fall off and get hurt. I mentioned to a Staff member that they needed to be tightened up so next time I go back I hope they are. Still the best deal around for fitness centers. We compared and even though the Snap Fitness is much, much closer, their Membership is $49.97 a month and their facility is much smaller and has less equipment. The Planet Fitness Black Card Membership is only $25 a month.

Wont even let me cancel my membership keep charging me literally asked them 2 days in a row in person on cancelling membership cuz i was moving back home guy gave me card amd said call manager its done over phone now months since im back home and they keep charging and now they say i have to go in person wen i did

I love this club because it's clean open 24-7 and the staff are kind and friendly. This club also has massage chairs, tanning beds, and showers.

Convenient location. Machines and lockers could use more maintenance. Many locker door hinges are broken. Handles and foot pads are missing from some machines and stations.

This is an update from my original post. The location is good, they could benefit from adding another pectoral machine, they have the space. My biggest gripe however, is the morning staff doesn't keep this place clean. When I come in to excercise, I find free weights all over the place, paper towels scattered throughout the gym with water bottles. How hard is it to grab a broom and do a walk through from time to time you have an easy job.

It was our first time in several years coming to a gym and the lady working at this location was AMAZING!we got there at 11pm on saturday so i hope you all can find her and give her the best recognition ever! She gave us a tour, told us about the amenities, helped us sign up and answered all of the questions we had! She did all of this with the warmest smile and positivity! She is the main reason we decided to sign up that day! The facilities are all so clean and so are the machines! Everyone working out there respects everyone else's space. I truly enjoy coming out here!
