Gym and locker rooms are clean. Lots of machines out of service. Machines are also poorly organized, and many have rust. Massage chair was nice, more modern than my home gym in Naugatuck, CT. Music in club was way too loud, even wearing headphones.

Great staff who always keep the gym clean. There is good equipment for cardio and weightlifting. I would only suggest adding an equipment for pull-up exercise. The hydro massage and chair are a plus.

I’ve been coming here for awhile. After work I tend to come here to shower since my second job is nearby and I don’t want to drive 1.5hrs back home. I can get a quick workout and go.Only downfall is that every time I come here the showers are freezing cold. I’ve ran the showers for 30mins and they’re still cold to the point I’m just sucking it up… but I really miss the hot showers here…When I say it’s cold, you know the ice bucket challenge? Well the showers are that cold.Hopefully management can fix the issue and I will change my review to 5 stars.

This location is my primary gym. It's clean, quiet, and the two male employees that work the weekday morning shift always greet you when you arrive and when you leave, very professional and courteous. The equipment is well maintained and if something breaks it is fixed within a reasonable time frame.

I enjoy planet fitness so much. I'm so happy the black card let's me workout when traveling. That feature keeps me consistent. This facility was nice, the people friendly and not too crowded. I liked that they offered individual spraying bottles too!

This is overall a great gym! The staff is friendly and they have great workouts options. Kam is absolutely the best employee! He shows the best costumer service and is very welcoming. He is encouraging and makes you keep coming back! He seems to be running the place, I honestly thought he was a manager. I strongly recommend this location!

So, I am on my way into this club to cancel a membership that I have not used in 2 years, and was just billed for. When, I called I found the club manager to be extremely rude, Lexy when I asked who I needed to write too in order to cancel this fee. I have never recieved anything but electronic emails, which have apparently billed me. The last time I used Planet Fitness was in Nashville TN 2 years ago. Unbelieveable, but when I called to find out how to cancel. Great stuck with a membership to gym I do not use. How sad.

The staff is nice and the facility is always clean; however, with the revised COVID-19 hours, customers time is a valued commodity and within the last two months, there has been several times that I have arrived to the location during the advertised operating hours (early bird) and found the doors still pad locked; along with other individuals sitting in cars waiting to get into the facility. This was never an issue pre-covid, so unsure where the disconnect is, but unreliable access forces patrons to create Plan B and the membership loses its value. After all, this is a paid for access service.Received the response from the owner and I am a bit insulted by the assumption that I would not verify changes to the operating hours prior , since I am traveling from Maryland, a quick review of my membership profile would have supported in the preparation of the respinse. Hence, I stand by my experience and rating.

For a no judgement gym it is ok, plenty of machines and tons of cardio equipment. Just be ready to switch up your routine when it gets busy. Missing a star because the locker rooms could be paid more attention.
