Very little equipment, and plan on having your workout take 15-20 mins longer because people will hog a machine for 30+mins. Good luck trying to get a quick workout!

I’ve been coming to this place for so long, unfortunately today when I wanted to cancel my account they wanted me to pay I little over $90, when I literally just 2 months ago I paid the anual fee.( I even showed them all the planet fitness transactions from my bank). The two gentlemen that were there they were really trying to help me but sadly the manager Mia Peterson didn’t show any interest when she got into the conversation.

Amazing experience every day here at the Alexandria location. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel like family, while the facilities are always clean and functional. Thank you for always making our workouts here enjoyable.

The staff here are always so nice and friendly!! It's a planet fitness so they don't have all the equipment in the world but it fits my needs

I went to the gym today for the first time, and also last time. Sadly, after my experience today I cancelled my membership. They gave me a tour of the gym while standing behind the desk and pointing (seriously?). The equipment is old, many items are broken, and the locker room was gross. I haven’t been to a gym since pre Covid, and I certainly expected a much better/cleaner experience.

This is a good Planet Fitness location. It's clean, large, and in the couple months I've been going in the morning, it's never been too busy. Also, the front desk staff is super friendly. They could use a couple more of the most popular machines, but my wait for any one machine hasn't been longer than a couple minutes. I would recommend going here if you're looking for a Planet Fitness location in the area.

Flexible hours, equipment is clean, the facility makes good use of the space, and the TVs in the cardio area are almost always up and running for me to watch Jeopardy when I show up in the evenings.

Long story short, I don't recommend this gym at all. Staffs are untrained unfriendly unprofessional very ghetto people. If you ever have any problems in the gym and try to get help from these employees don't count on them. They are only good at sitting behind the front desk doing nothing and just running their mouth. Now I know why their membership fees are so cheap. Even you have to pay 10 to 20 dollars more find another gym with better trained people. Trust me there's reason why and it's worth it.

The gym isn't bad. It's clean and efficient for beginners. If you're a heavy lifter or used to advanced equipment, this is not the spot for you. The customer service could be better and their policies are unfair and unreasonable. I was charged an annual fee of $40 and hadn't been a member for 2 months. They are giving me problems refunding the charge. I tried the gym but it wasn't for me.
