Poor customer service and very non helpful assistant manager and female employee. Both Hispanic, which I went back to add this fact after seeing other reviews about 2 girls being none helpful and rude to other customers, not to say these are the same ones but if they are then Planet fitness truly do not care for its reviews and customers but anyway, I had an extended lunch break today so I went to the closet gym. I walked in and informed the female employee that I wanted to upgrade or at least attend the gym today by any means but willing to upgrade. She asked the female manager a question then she told me to enter the gym it would be 5 dollars, I said I might as well upgrade, and proceeded to ask for there help on how to upgrade. Take in mind they are not doing anything, but instead of helping me upgrade my service only want to tell me they don’t know how... you have to do it online. I looked online at the counter for a minute, but I didn’t have certain info like my agreement #, etc. instead of trying to help after me repeatedly asking they just ignored me and the assistant manager instead of trying to help me upgrade my service I only assume because I’m not from here store wasn’t helpful and basically ignored me as well. Bad business and if this is what black card membership about it’s garbage. Planet fitness customer service has really went down. Even at my home store they really wasn’t that helpful signing me up! I assume Planet fitness has so much business they don’t mind losing customers. But jokes on these people I’m moving to the area next month so I could have transferred over but I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. I had got so frustrated with these people unwillingness to help. I walked out!! Went there at 4p.m today! I know I look young but I’m 36, so helping there elders would have been nice!

Just joined this location. I was delighted to see that they are wrapping up some new, enhancing renovations and that the gym was super clean. Also, all the machines were in good condition. Doug explained all of the amenities and memberships to me thoroughly and had a pleasant attitude! I'm glad to be a new member of this location! :-)

The people are friendly and the place is always spotless. Every time I go the staff in the front are ready to greet everyone. The equipment is easily located for beginners like me. The bathrooms are always very clean. I really enjoy coming here to workout.

This is one of the cleanest and equipped gyms I’ve ever been too. All equipment is well-maintained and continual updated. The gym and locker rooms are recently updated and always clean and functioning. Steve and his staff focus on a strong customer experience and outshine the countless other gyms I’ve frequented and been a member of at locations across the country over the last 20 years. This PF is a gem and it’s the people that run it with genuine care and a passion for making your workout the best that it can be that separates this gym from those that are left in its wake. 5-Stars

Clean environment, often not too crowded, great staff, staff tends to get a little loud sometimes with their humour, but overall great destination and staff. Not to far from where I live, and I can always find machines to work out on. Lastly, their membership prices are incredible, not too much money for the right qualities. I definitely recommend this gym to people.

Usually very clean. Peak hours hectic, wish they had more bench press machines because they are always in use. Many treadmills for all. Good gym, good location. Staff is okay.

I like this place because it's a big open space with a lot of equipment and it's cheap compared to most gyms. That being said it could use some additions like kettle bells and yoga balls in the matted area. The equipment gets fixed quickly …

I love how affordable PF is. This location is maintained well, and the employees are very nice and helpful. Avoid peak hours because you'll be waiting around for equipment. The only other complaint I have is not location-specific: I wish PF had squat racks and barbells with adjustable plates.

Clean facilities and convenient location within the Beltway. The equipment is coming a bit of age but that is to be expected in a densely populated area. Nice staff and overall the crowd is friendly too so it makes for smooth workouts.
