24 Hour Fitness

I think other people said it too, it's small and not enough free weights. I think this location caters to a more casual workout than a heavy weightlifter. I'm not into the fancy TVs and signage, I just want more weights and standard machines.

I went into the new location yesterday afternoon (Saturday) about 3PM. I am currently looking for a gym to workout that is convenient to my home and wanted to check out the new facility. I signed in at the kiosk and waited at the front desk for about 15 minutes to no avail. There were also a couple other people at the desk waiting to be helped with issues. At no point, did any employee acknowledge any of us or let us know that they would be with us in a few minutes...NOTHING. Finally, an employee who happened to be an employee, came to the front desk and was able to help a member with her issue and both of us were amazed at the lack of first impressions. He then notified us that both the GM and Asst GM both left at 1PM. You have a NEW location and it is a SATURDAY. Why would you have both of your managers out for the afternoon? I was hopeful that this may be a good fit...but first impressions very disappointing. Makes one wonder if yoru service is lacking in other areas of the gym.

The review I had here was for the ALLEN location that has since closed. I do not condone or appreciate the way you manipulated this review to make it look like I wrote a review for the new FAIRVIEW location. I have seen this new location and do not like the set up all . I do t train here. I can say if you are reading these reviews be advised that they copied reviews from the old location and moved them here. SHADY

The “Master Trainer” there, Kent, was completely unprofessional. PLEASE stay away. He tried to intimidate my mother who is fighting cancer. My family insists that brining awareness to this bully is the best way to deal with the problem. My mom has been a member since 2002 and has never had an issue. After their altercation my mom went to speak with a manager. The manager, Keith, spoke with the bully employee , Kent. After the conversation between the two 24 hour employees. I witnessed Kent, the master trainer bully employee, put on a hoodie and workout next to my mother. While he works out he is staring at her in a intimidating fashion. He grunts, yells and slams the weight down close to my mother. So naturally my mother moves locations in the gym, yet to no avail because Kent decides to follow her and continue to “blow off steam” in her direction. AS HER SON, that treatment will never be tolerated but instead of physically confronting him (which I prefer) I am leaving this memo for others. BE AWARE OF KENT. STAY AWAY FROM KENT. Seeing my mother in tears while already fighting for her life lit my soul on fire. I’m furious. No man should ever press a woman like that. Especially after she tried to avoid him.

I had an awesome experience here. Staff is wonderful and gym is clean. Conner at the front desk definitely deserves a promotion. Actually, if 24 Hour Fitness is reading this, I’d like to hire him myself because he’s so chill.

Great place to get Covid-19!There were no fewer than 6 guys walking all around the free weights and machines areas with no mask on - and on the same day it was announced that trump has Covid. Crazy.I complained to the staff because there was no way to avoid the no maskers. One employee tried to help, but was undercut by the general manager who said they can't enforce their own rules on masking and distance. Very disappointing.If they get sued, I'm willing to be a witness.

The 24 hour fitness in Fairview is basically brand new and has good equipment. It's not as big as some of the others, and the amount of equipment is not as much, but it is new and has enough for what most people would need. The staff is really friendly as well. I've had a much better experience at this gym than some other 24-Hour Fitnesses.

I'll give it three stars for fresh, clean, new equipment.During these times masks are required and have to have coming through the front door but then I saw over 20 individuals including staff members not wearing masks which is obviously not to state, county or city standard. This is not keeping people safe who want to follow the rules and keep the gym open.

Like the gym, new mgr getting stuff fixed, cleaned, only problem I have is kids playing music on boombix in gym, ask them to turn it down or gid forbid off and they get in face like you offended them because you hate their " music" !!!

Super clean...tons of equipment. It’s time for somenew treadmills stat!!
