This place is a great place for the whole family to train! I love that is has different age group kids class and also a huge plus having Women’s only classes!!! The Professor/owner is very welcoming, accommodating and keeps a safe environment for everyone. The gym is clean and well kept!

He relays a comprehensive teaching of jiu jitsu from the lineage of Carlos Gracie and imparts practical fundamental techniques that are efficient in the sport of jiu jitsu which translates well into the modern form the sport takes on today.The students are generally respectful, courteous, and encouraging to one another. They carry with them a humility, and capability, to engage in challenging play of the sport with one another.The environment is optimized towards nurturing the longevity, development, and growth of the students. The space also enables students to capitalize on their physical, mental, technical, and social capabilities.Overall, great school!
