This is a great gym! People treat you like family, they take their time when teaching you, and it’s a great workout! I had a huge fear of getting choked and they took their time until I got comfortable enough to learn to defend myself. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend that gym for anyone who lived in OC. Best stuff and coaches. Professor Saeed great competitor world champion and even better as a coach every time give all his attention to his students. So if you looking for good gym with no politics with just pure improvements and hard and the same time smart traninigs its exactly what you need!!!!

Wow I’m so grateful I found this gem! Thissuper clean jiu jitsu gym is great for anyone desiring to start or strengthen their self defense skillset: women, children, or men! I love seeing the kids getting stronger and learning discipline while they train!I didn’t really know a lot about jiu jitsu before coming here! I walked in not even knowing what color comes after a white belt, and although I’m still so new, I’m excited to see how far I’ll go!I really appreciate the gym offering a 2 week trail period for anyone (like me) who is new and just exploring their interest! Knowing I’m not alone is a huge factor that keeps me coming back (unlike my 24 membership— a traditional gym was overwhelming for a beginner like me).I didn’t realize the power of learning from those that have gone before you & ASKING QUESTIONS to truly understand why, as opposed to just going through some motions to burn calories. I love being connected to the coaches and other members! The coaches genuinely care about their members’ improvement!What ultimately attracted me was understanding it’s not just a workout but a mindset! You simultaneously strengthen your physical health as well as your mental capacity and toughness! Getting out of your comfort zone and trying anything new will always be challenging and strange at first but starting where you’re at and staying consistent are the keys to success (in jiu jitsu yes but also every area of life you want to grow in! Small choices every day add up to make you an “overnight” success!)Overall, I found much more than a good workout; this is a holistic approach to lifestyle wellness. I realized I’ve got nothing to lose and everything to gain by giving it a shot— who knows, you might surprise yourself and learn something new!

I have trained at couple jiu-jitsu academy’s, and Neezam is one of the best so far.. let me tell you why.. First of all great coaches (Saeed and Juan) are very professional at what they do. Plus the gym is very clean and has no ego friendly atmosphere.. Whenever I’ll be in OC this is the gym I’ll definitely come back to train.

Saeed is one of the nicest, most intelligent guys on and off the mats. Amazing attitude and knowledge. The school is beautiful, the environment is amazing and the vibe is next level awesome. Regardless of if you want to compete or train for fun i would 100% recommend this amazing gym to anyone white to black belt!

The best BJJ school I’ve ever attended. My 3 boys attend and it has improved their discipline, confidence, and attitude for the better. I also joined, and it’s a great workout. I wish I could give it more stars.

Amazing coach and amazing place!! Feels like my second home ! Coach Dunkaev is an amazing person and helps everyone feel good and become stronger physically and mentally. Very friendly place and amazing prices compared to other places. Definitely recommend to join the team!

This academy is an amazing place to come and learn with great people who will become your friends and help you with your technique and getting better everyday. Everyone is so nice and kind it feels like family. Saeed is an amazing coach and Juan is the friendliest guy you will every meet. Highly recommended.

My kid was training at Neezam jj when I was living in California. He loved it. Great coaches. Clean gym. I was gonna sign up to train too but we had to move to Massachusetts due to my work. If you live in the area check this place. I don’t know much about jiu jitsu but i can see that people love it there and everyone like coaches.

Joining Neezam Jiu Jitsu School has been a life changing decision for me. To start, there’s elite level professors teaching day in and day out, with professor Saeed Dunkaev at the helm; because I had little to no experience in Jiu Jitsu, I didn’t know Saeed is well renowned in the Jiu Jitsu community. Whenever people ask who and where I train, they’re instantly in awe. The school has the perfect culture where it’s competitive yet super helpful to students who have never trained before. I recently got my friend, who being a hardcore boxing fan was always opposed to grappling, join the school. He is a month strong and is doing great! I highly recommend people to join because this school is on the trajectory to being among the biggest academies.
