I love the Women Only class at Neezam because it’s a very friendly atmosphere and I’ve already learned so much regarding how to defend myself. You should definitely give the two-weeks-free trial a chance to jumpstart your fitness journey! I see results already!

It’s very clear from Instructor Saeed’s demeanor that he’s very passionate about jiujitsu.Firstly, he has solid goals set in stone to mold his students into well disciplined individuals while becoming skilled on the mat. He’s very detailed about every technique and position and even encourages those to ask questions if we needed clarification on anything we’ve learned.Secondly, the atmosphere of the gym itself is very friendly with no ego or judgement around.Everyone I’ve met has a good head on their shoulders and we all get a long while pushing each other to improve every training session. Overall, I feel I can really grow at this gym.

I’ve had my son train at a few different jiu jitsu locations, including a world-class gym in Florida, but neezam is by far the best gym for youth classes. The classes are a good mix of cardio, skill, and sparring so the young kids stay engaged. They mix it up so they condition 2 days of the week. Those days are my favorite because he comes home hungry and ready for a nap. The coaches are also very good about keeping order in the class so that it’s not just like herding squirrels. Highly recommend!!
