I wanted some Rogue equipment and as we all know as Alaskans, shipping is expensive. Elliot not only shipped my gear in their container but also waived the shipping fee due to it being late (and of no fault of their own, it was on the forwarding company). They didn't even charge me more than Rogue pricing, so I paid the same as if I ordered direct and less if you consider what shipping would have been. Serious customer service, I intend to work with them in the future for any equipment needs.Thank you Elliot and Joe.

The staff at AK Home Fitness Equipment went SIGNIFICANTLY over and above excellent customer service in resolving issues with my exercise bikes. Elliot in particular provided me with solutions, options and took it upon himself to find me better and more affordable options to shipping my exercise equipment to the lower 48. I could not be more impressed with them!! Thank you!!
