These guys are great. They're knowledgeable and patient answering all my questions. I needed to exchange a big piece of equipment. They were friendly and very accommodating. Good variety of equipment. I highly recommend Alaska Home Fitness.

I bought my Bowflex Selectechs(90lbs) here and the gentleman who helped me was extremely helpful and I’m very happy with the product. Although I returned 3 months later to buy more equipment and was extremely disappointed. The customer service rep was acting like I was a giant inconvenience for him, was unknowledgeable about the equipment he was selling and kinda rude. I was ready to buy when I walked in there....I asked him if the piece I was looking about had another configuration and he said no, even though the Bowflex branded picture above the bench clearly showed a different configuration that could most likely be ordered or was in the stockroom. So I walked out, and will not be returning to this store unless I have no other option. Exercise equipment is expensive, do yourself a favor and go somewhere where they will at least act like they want your business.I was in the store at 2pm on 3/18/20.
