I first purchased a home gym from them 5 or 6 years ago and was one of the best purchases I've made. The Body Solid P2X has been great, I use it quite often and recently noticed the plastic sheathing over the main cable that goes to weight stack was cracked & breaking apart so I called up to get a replacement cable. Spoke with a gentleman named Elliot and after giving him the details he ordered my new cable. Elliot was extremely helpful and courteous. I look forward to doing business with him in the future. Store is also very clean and great selection for all your home workout needs.

I cannot say enough good things about the excellent service that I received from all of the employees that I dealt with during my recent purchases and home installations.The sales people were not only very knowledgeable, but also attentive to my questions, patient, low-key (no high pressure), and personable with excellent people skills; as was the General Manager, who went above and beyond in allowing me to exchange a trainer that I had purchased from them a month before, for an upgraded model.The technician who installed my trainers was also very pleasent, did an excellent job with the installations, and was helpful and patient in explaining and demonstrating their operations.In conclusion, I would highly recommend this store to anyone who is interested in purchasing fitness equipment.

First of all, from entering the store, everything is so well organized and clean. The employees bring a comforting and positive atmosphere to the place. Elliot was able to help me answer any questions I had on the best equipment for my needs. Their quality control on reliable products is great too. Good prices for what you get. Would definitely recommend coming here to anyone new in fitness or even the experienced long time fitness jocks!

I ordered an elliptical July 3rd, 2020 and due to reasons out of their control, I have not received my order. I was able to get a refund and the associates I spoke with were extremely nice and helpful whenever I spoke with them.
