I wanted some Rogue equipment and as we all know as Alaskans, shipping is expensive. Elliot not only shipped my gear in their container but also waived the shipping fee due to it being late (and of no fault of their own, it was on the forwarding company). They didn't even charge me more than Rogue pricing, so I paid the same as if I ordered direct and less if you consider what shipping would have been. Serious customer service, I intend to work with them in the future for any equipment needs.Thank you Elliot and Joe.

The staff at AK Home Fitness Equipment went SIGNIFICANTLY over and above excellent customer service in resolving issues with my exercise bikes. Elliot in particular provided me with solutions, options and took it upon himself to find me better and more affordable options to shipping my exercise equipment to the lower 48. I could not be more impressed with them!! Thank you!!

Purchased a treadmill during the pandemic because the gyms were closed/had limited hours. Very happy with my purchase. I should have purchased one a long time ago. It's much nicer having a treadmill at home than having to go to the gym.Everyone at the business was professional, friendly, and easy to work with. They delivered & installed the treadmill, which I would recommend. What would have probably taken me 2hrs to set up, it took them 30 minutes. They seem to know and have a routine down! Very thankful for Elliot and his crew for making this an easy process. If I need another piece of equipment, I will buy from them again.

Went in a few times to look at treadmills. Worked with 2 different people. Both were very helpful and kind. Worked with Elliot when we decided to purchase a treadmill. Super easy process. No haggling or pressure. Delivered product on time and made sure everything was working. Great experience!

Probably not your most conventional review but I'm an independent trainer here in Anchorage and I have a client who lives in Dillingham. She needed a few pieces of equipment (KB, treadmill, squat rack) and I got her in touch with Elliot and was able to help her out. Never even thought that this would be an issue that I'd run into but cannot compliment the process enough.
