I can't say enough positive things about the staff at this gym. Ryder and his team welcomed my son in after an encounter with a bully at school and have had an enormous impact on his life in the 3 months that he's been coming here. Beyond the 10 pounds of muscle and self-defense skills that he's gained, he also now exudes confidence and pride. It's truly amazing! Thank you all soo much!

Just attended a woman’s clinic put on at ABJJ and I couldn’t have loved it more! It was so nice seeing ladies from all over the state and learning from Tessa & Dylan! I really hope they continue to host more as it is well worth the drive to come out!

Great instructors and great people in all the classes. I've been training for over 16 years all over the country and their classes are some of the best I've ever been too. Jiu jitsu, Muay Thai/ kickboxing and MMA.

What a great crew training out of ABJJ. Super welcoming across the board, rental gi's available if you forgot to pack, and an all around great knowledge base with people more than excited to share. This trip was 25 years out from my last time in Anchorage, hopefully it won't take as long to make it back again as I really want to spend some more time with Ryder and his team.

I call ABJJ my home away from home, if I am in Anchorage this is where I go, professional instruction at competitive level. Their Black belts will give you a good and complete work out and will ensure that you learn technique the right way. The environment is awesome and full of great people. If you are looking for great Jiu-Jitsu (not good Jiu-Jitsu but great) make sure you stop by.

Killer gym I’ve had the privilege of training with. It is filled with people who love and respect the martial art. Great instruction from coaches, and I’ve learned just as much from tips happily provided by experienced students. Fosters a community of humility, respect, and drive. I will miss it when I move.

Why have you not enrolled yet!Once signed up you'll know you made the right choice in Jujitsu options.The staff is so welcoming and they're always smiling?? (What's a bad day? 🤷🏽♀️ Never heard of em) Their instructors are determined to make everyone feel included, while also making sure no one is slipping behind in training.Don't get me started with discipline, acting out.. get ready to pay for it.Talking when you should be learning.. get ready to pay for it.Being rude or even getting caught rolling your eyes at mom/dad..GET. READY. TO. PAY. FOR. IT.Like I said before. Why haven't you enrolled yet ?
