Loving all the new equipment and products. A lot to pick from, a nice environment. I just wish there more changing rooms available, 1 isn't enough.

I went for a workout on 07/02/23 and was greeted by 2 very helpful employees. They set up tanning and massage in the aqua bed. Very clean locker room. 5 star visit.

I love the cleanliness and variety of machines available. Plus the perks of being a black card member, and all of the extra benefits (hydro massage, massage chair, total body enhancement etc.) aside from the discount perks included with it.

With the concerns for the heavy door, can Planet Fitness put in one of those handicap buttons for folks to push? It really is a heavy door and I'm pretty strong! I love this place! An affordable space to workout and all the equipment you could ever need. I do wish the back was a little more spacious. An area for small groups to work out together from their apps and out of everyone else's way. We move as needed, and try to stay compact. On the plus side, no one has ever been rude about it. Seems like a lot of the negative reviews (besides the door) could have been prevented if the guest had read the contract. A person I know got a tour, then complained the employee didnt show her the spa section. I said if you knew it was there and wanted to see it why didnt you ask to see it? Duh. And someone's account was over drafted because his wife takes care of finances? Lol not your problem. Keep up the great work!
