This location is not a good place to go if you are handicapped. I went with crutches to do some exercises and the front door is too heavy to open or maneuver through while by myself. The employees at the front desk offered to help me but the fact that it is so unwelcoming to certain people does not fit with the Planet Fitness mantra.

Such an incredible value! I have always done big gyms with pools and steam rooms but often did neither. This gym has everything I need including well working treadmills and elipticals, free weights and big clean locker room. There a lot of little extras and nicely thought out features too and I keep discovering more. There are about 10 tv options plus radio, ports on cardio and just super clean. Staff is always friendly! I got my husband to join and he got me to upgrade and now I am loving to spa machines. This is a great new habit for our family-thanks! You are a great addition to our Neenah community!

The staff are wonderful and very friendly. They all know my name when I come in to workout. I also love how clean everything is. The manager is also wonderful!!

You have all the machines and dumbbells that I would want.Also, the locker room/bathroom was beyond clean......they were immaculate.Appleton East is my usual location, but I was picking up something from FB Marketplace that was very close by so I decided to see what Neenah's location was like.Gary

Not a great place if you are concerned for safety, the front door is too heavy for older or frail people to open. I had to get help from another guest to get inside so that I could get in. None of the machines are secured down. They steppers in the 30 minute workout can fall over while on them. The staff is nice and helped me leave through the heavy doors.
