Love the new facility. They do need to give you a little more time to put on lotion before the tan beds start. The staff is awesome and very helpful!

Lets start with this is a beautiful gym, clean, everything works as designed. Loved being a member. I highly recommend to any high school/college person looking for a job to stay away. The GM I worked for had no professional business background. Could not get a schedule out to me even after asking and was told that I had to be there a bit in order to see the schedule. The co- workers would vape in the brake room and were extremally rude to guests. I even had to do some training for one of them since they were tooo lazy to do it. Long story short I quit and was told I was not able to have a membership there!!!! I asked for where it was stated in their Policy and never heard back from the GM. My guess is that there isn't such rule. I reached out to their higher ups, Black duck, and they reviewed the " case". Black Duck stated I could be a member there. So I called to reinstate my membership and was told I would need to pay start up fees. This has been a HUGE inconvenience to me as I suffer from PTSD and the gym was my only outlet. I asked to have those waived and was told no. Huge mental health set back as I have not been to my happy place in months!!!!!! I am so upset with PF and Black Duck that I will be taking my business else where! I am disappointed beyond belief as PF is a judgement free zone. Please do not work for them as it is a big let down.
