I walked in in January and asked if I could pay for a couple months in cash. I wanted to work out for a couple months until I returned to work and made it very clear. Of course you can’t pay with cash and you must pay with card, so I asked to be charged for two months, also a no. Little did I know, nor was I informed the second month they charge you a $50 anual fee along with a $25 fee when you sign up. I only found out a month later when looking through bank statements. I went in and asked to be refunded and after being deferred by an employee to their manager who would only communicate via email, I was told I signed for it. As a matter of fact I didn’t, I was never informed never provided a copy of contract and never told by the employee that signed me up. Forgive me for thinking I was signing for a $10 confirmation of payment like you would at any store, but in fact I was signing up to be stolen from.

This place is an absolute JOKE!! First I get a membership thinking maybe I'll start going to the gym. Month goes by, never ended up having the time to go. (Some family issues going on.) I try canceling in early January after they have already over drafted my account twice after payment was already made. So the guy tells me even if I cancel it I'll get charged sense it was after the 9th day of the month. Like what?! 🤯 so I said whatever maybe ill try just going then and cancel it before February 9th due to this ubsurd canceling process. 😤 I go in February 1st, 2023 to cancel my membership. (Because it has to be done in person.) The lady(Kristin,manager) says it's all good. If I get charged again just call and ill be reimbursed. Ok cool. NOT EVEN 24 HRS LATER!!! They have chaged my account another $40!!! I am FURIOUS now! 😤🤬 The same manager lady (kristin I think is her name) answers the phone and tells me I got charged now for some annual fee for the gym that apparently everyone gets charged just after only 2 months of being a member I'm told. "I say hmm just 2 month huh? Do you know what annual even means?! I never stepped foot in the gym till yesterday. You told me i would not be charged for ANYTHING no more and that you would reimburse me. If it were to happen." She goes on to apologize and tell me about their "policies" after telling me I won't be charged no further. Knowing I've never stepped foot in the gym till the day I canceled membership. Then how conveniently you charge me $40 in less then 24hrs later not to mention the over draft fee I'll have to pay now. ( I send my money to my wives account for her to manage it and pay our bills.) So just think wisely before choosing a membership with these money thirsty CROOKS!!

Very friendly and clean atmosphere! Kiersten did a great job at walking me through everything and answering all of my questions! 10/10 best gym in the area

The facility was very nice, considering it was just recently built. The layout was very nice and enough room in the weight section of the gym without it feeling cluttered. I really enjoyed this planet fitness so far, and the locker room was spacious and a lot of locker storage. Wish they had a squat rack and not the Smith machine but you make do with what you have.
