Expensive but they have just about anything you could ask for to workout, plus pool, sauna, massage/spa, Pilates/yoga/Zumba etc classes and well educated certified trainers.

Great facility! Tons of equipment. Friendly and professional trainers. Very reasonable rates. Ask your physician for a referral and get two months for $59 which will be applied to your first month if you sign up.

Very expensive for low quality amenities. The rudest staff I have even been in contact with. Not one staff member, from front desk to the trainers, will look you in the eye and acknowledge you. NCH needs to give a course in how to give the lowest amount of customer service possible. 79 dollars a month for old, antiquated facilities, and the worst staff I have ever seen.
