Little expensive. No more basketball court. Wife loves the classes.

Now that I have read all these reviews good and bad, has the management and facilities gotten any better?

State of the art facility with great classes and trainers. Lots of amenities such as an on-site spa.

Great ER, cardiac unit and hospital staff. Great cardiac surgical team also, did my quadruple bypass and the Stent before that. All A+ experiences. Just don't want to go back for a while.

Avoid this gym until leadership completely changes and new attitudes take hold.*NOTE:* The pool lanes are not regulation width. The pool is 25 SCY, but each lane is not regulation, thus making it more difficult to swim. The pool is kept extremely warm for water aerobics classes. This makes it difficult to breathe when swimming laps. Members going to classes do not take showers. When the water aerobics classes start, if you are swimming laps, you can taste perfume and powder. They still cannot figure out a swimming season, triathlon season for planning routine maintenance, holiday vacations and "sessions". They want everything to be in eight week sessions, because that is the what the hospital software "does".TWC used to be a great place with an outstanding community. The leadership of the hospital and management of TWC have consistently over charged their membership for additional programs (Masters Swimming, Triathlon Training, etc). To them, fitness is all about the profit margin, even if you have purchased a full membership.

Pool area is loud and not enough space for lap swimming because of all the morning water exercise classes. Don't care for the 3 in 1 soap dispenser in the showers. It's also very cold throughtout the facility. Feels like 65-68°...I hope it's not, but sure feels like it is. Vents in the shower room/locker room area need cleaning. I see dust/clumps of lint, clinging to the outside edges. Not sure if they are intake exhaust fans or registers.

It's a huge modern building that has an area for rehab and any kind of fitness machine you can think of. Lots of classes to choose fromA huge swimming pool, huge jacuzzi and a hot water pool too.The staff is top notch. Everyone is friendly and the place is clean. The only downfall is that it is a little pricey...but you get what you pay for here!
