Kadeem was very nice and very informative about the gym and what it has to offer. The gym is very nice and clean. I also enjoyed my workout. They have great perks also, so if you don't have a gym to join, I think Crunch Fitness would be a great facility for you.

Equipment and facilities are four stars. Volume of music is almost always two stars. Just incredibly loud, super hard to mitigate, even with the Active noise canceling turned on in my earbuds.

Love the gym and most staff are more than helpful. Why can I join on line but when I want to make a change it needs to be done in person. Where is the customer service! I was told a signature is needed. Ok well the rest of the world uses electronic signatures here in 2023. Why does this not work for a gym? Instead of modifying looks like you are losing a customer. Very disappointing!!!!!

Great environment although Trevor is a terrible person for the process of acquiring new people to the gym, his customer service skills are that of a person who’s check is going to child support anyhow so there is no enthusiasm in his efforts nor any sign of respectability. I told him I wanna purchase a membership he then gave me a sheet of the prices for membership and walk off, not to return for 20min engaging in 4 other conversations as I stood looking at him waiting for him to return. I had already knew what I wanted to purchase and I wanted to join my son in a workout he had already began. After the 20 min he asked if I had been here before, not when I first ask to buy a membership but 20 min later as I just stood there waiting on him.

There’s no accountability on behalf of the the staff. When you cancel or freeze your account, get proof of it. Else, you’ll be literally paying for their negligence.

I had no trouble training here, the equipment is up to date and it’s never extremely busy even in the summer months. I just had problems talking to the GM, Matt, he was always extremely pushy about social media sharing, what plan I should buy, and ultimately didn’t let me cancel my membership. He insisted I freeze my account even though I live far away. It was just a bad experience talking to him.Not to mention a friend of mine I invited here got a fungal skin infection because members don’t wipe down equipment. I really wish they emphasized that more here due to how dirty gyms already are. This place could be a lot better if staff and members made it a better environment to workout at.
