Great experience here! I’ve been to 10+ studios in the US and this was one of the nicest. Clean and equipment is in good shape. I only took one class here while visiting a friend, but the staff and coach were both great. The only thing they could improve is having more weights in the 30-40lb range because those got snatched up quickly.

My mom and I have been attending the Applewood studio for a few months while we’ve been in town temporarily and everyone here has been FANTASTIC. Amanda, Trevor, Ksenia, Erick, Julian, and everyone else have been so helpful and welcoming to make us feel at home. And on top of that they’ve all taken the time during class to improve our form, give us alternative exercises, and help us get the most out of our 60 minutes.

This is my fitness home! Of course I'm biased as a coach, but there's a reason this is where I choose to work and workout after 20 plus years as a fitness instructor.I'm a lifelong exerciser, and OTF is my primary workout. I love that every month has unique challenges and specialty workouts to keep things interesting, and we have regular opportunities with benchmarks to test my training to see how I'm improving. At Applewood, we also happen to have fantastic members -- people of all ages and places in their workout journeys, but they all come together for a hour (or sometimes 90 minutes!) and work hard together. You can work at your own pace, so even though everyone is doing the same workout, you can have beginners crushing it alongside elite athletes. It's a well-designed, well-rounded workout that's scalable to where you are with your fitness (and where you are on any given day, for that matter).The coaches are all super supportive -- they want to see you succeed, however you define success in the studio.

Orange theory fitness is the best, most fun workout out there. The music, community, and coaches are motivating. As I’ve gotten older my metabolism has slowed down and orange theory is what keeps me energized and fit.

Love OTF Applewood! The staff is great and the members are even better. We definitely have some of the best members around! The workout is top notch and the coaches are super motivating and inspiring. I feel like we’ve got really great coaches - They truly care about the members and really try to help with goals and they are great at celebrating milestones. I love the relationships I’ve made with both the staff and members since I’ve been here. The community here is super tight knit and encourages each other on benchmarks and through tough workouts.Overall, I’m really happy here and plan on sticking around for a while!😀

Great atmosphere and staff. Bright, clean facility. Helpful and friendly front desk staff. The coaches are awesome and help with form to prevent injury. Everyone one is always positive and motivating.
