Good place to workout, all the stuff is in fairly good shape, staff are pretty good. but for whatever reason, they use a leaf blower to blow dust off of everything (tops off mirrors, floors, under weight racks etc.) and I don’t have allergies, but I could see tons of dust going through the air. Not sure why they can’t just use a duster

So fed up with the lack of cleaning and restocking of napkins and cleaning spray. The employees are smug and don’t say hello or acknowledge you. Additionally this is not a safe space for republicans or conservatives, and I am nether, just someone who isn’t brainwashed. They refuse to play any news other than liberal media that is highly slanted. Many tvs are on liberal news channels with none playing programming for honestly the 70% of people out there. It makes me feel uncomfortable to be there. That on top of the cleaning spray always be out, this is just an awful location. I don’t understand why corporate would allow this? Unfriendly. Unclean. Unwelcoming. Also look at their responses to reviews that question their actions or ethics. They call out people by name as a way of intimidation. Its thinly veiled aggression. Just read them 👀

I was a member for over a year. Moved and wasn't able to continue with membership. I went in and canceled my membership before moving in March, it's July and they're still taking money out of my bank account. I talked to the manager over a month ago. Insted of helping me he accused me of never canceling anything, but that he was going to take care of it. I explained to him again that before moving I went in and canceled the membership using one of there computers. Unfortunately he never did anything about it. I have called multiple times after that, talking to staff and leaving messages explaining the problem. The staff took notes and informed him but unfortunately management doesn't even care about returning a call. They continue withdrawing money without my consent from my bank account for 4 months in a row. A TOTAL OF $116 plus there extra fees. Sad to see the way they care for there customers. Horrible management. They pretty much rob you and then blame you for it. Reading the reviews it's sad to see that I'm not the only one.

I was a four-year member who took a two-year absence and re-joined two weeks ago. I am not impressed as I was in the past. On my first day, there was nobody around to issue me a fob card. Eventually someone was found who could assist. Spray-tanning is included with my membership level, but the gym was out of the spray on my second visit.

Used to go here (about a month before COVID shut it down in Spring 2020) when I worked across the street at the middle school..... this gym was close by, I had not been to a gym in a very long time and Crunch gave me a good tour and it was a good experience for what I needed. Good location, everything seemed normal for a gym environment. Wish COVID had not shut down our lives and I moved and just now joined a gym again to get in shape.

Good gym with plenty of equipment and space for all shapes and size. Staff is great too!

Great location with everything you need. Been here a few months. Dee had the mens restroom spotless and the front desk staff are always polite.

They refuse to play anything other than CNN. If you insist on playing the news, which is a bad idea in general, at least display both sides. Whenever the other opposite news channels are put on, they are promptly changed the day. I DO NOT COME TO THE GYM TO BE INDOCTRINATED NOR SHOULD A PLACE OF BUSINESS PUSH THEIR POLITICAL AGENDA ON ITS CUSTOMERS. Management needs to focus on cleaning and keeping the sanitizer and sanitizer bottles along with paper towel dispensers full.

This gym is the area's finest! Classes, childcare, tanning (spray and UV), body composition analysis, hydromassage, and all the machines you could want. The bathroom has a sauna, showers & changing area and lockers. Great value!
