Clean, up to date machines, pleasant staff, respectful members. Excellent layout where everything is easily accessible. I have yet to attend where it is too crowded to get my workout done in a timely fashion.

I specifically signed up for this gym a year ago for being 24 hours and as of a few months ago they close at 11pm on weekdays and 9pm on the weekends. Due to my busy schedule I preferred to go late at night when there were way less people.This company is cheap in price but also cheap in their business endeavors. The interior of the gym is falling apart. The ceiling leaks during the rainy season. They don’t care about their employees safety (ie having the women close by themselves late at night)However, the reason I continue to use this gym because of the amazing people they have on staff currently (super friendly and attentive) and like I said.. an affordable membership that comes with some amenities.

Opening employee is constantly late. This is 5th time in 2 months. There’s been times when they have opened over an hour late. People have things to do and it’s harder now since they are not 24 hours.

Staff has always been friendly but this past Friday and today (Monday) the gym has been closed when I showed up (6:05 am) and it is clearly posted that they open at 5am. One worker was there Friday by the door and I was told he was waiting for someone to come with the key to open up. Once was okay but to have the same thing happen only days later is unacceptable. I waited until 6:30am to try and salvage my workout but no one had showed up by the time I decided to leave. If this happens again I will need to find a new gym.
