Nice staff and clean facilities. The 30 min circuit allows me to learn machines and get in a workout without knowing anything!

Great place, friendly staff, always have equipment maintained and available. Extra bonus-lots of parking

The gym was great until they changed the hours. Once they changed from 24 hour to closing at either 11 or 9 PM, it was impossible to come. Being there at night was a lot more comfortable for me and my partner, and it also lined up with our work schedules. I signed up for a new 24 hour gym within a week of the hours changing

The facility and staff are awesome but these new hours are ridiculous! The planet fitness is known for being open 24hrs and just because these owners want to save money on staffing and not uphold one of Planet Fitness most know attribute which is being open 24hrs I stupid especially being so close to a military installation where their day starts when the club's new hours open. I've been a loyal Planet Fitness member for the past 8 years and now I'm seriously reconsidering that just because of these new hours of operation!

Normally, I unfortunately have to go in late in the night. On the days that they aren't open all night (so Friday-Monday), they almost ALWAYS close way earlier than what's posted on the app, their website, Google, and their door. "Almost always" as in the four or five times I've driven out there, only to find it locked up when it shouldn't be. Or maybe I just have terrible luck? Either way, It's really aggravating.

I am not a client, but I had to cancel the accounts for my now disabled parents that cannot utilize the facilities due to stroke. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I was stunned.

Customer service is dope... awesome services for the black card... super helpful in house trainer...awesome machines...well equipped ... it's an awesome place to be though they don't have a place for heavy lifters to do their thing...strong men/women thing....but the place is fabulous.... always a pleasure to be part of planet fitness♥️🇰🇪🇺🇲💯

This is my absolute favorite gym the staff is always so helpful and they have great customer service. Everything thing is also well kept and clean. I’d recommend !

I have really enjoyed going here and front desk staff are great but now I feel that I have to find another gym. I work with cancer patients and this gym refuses to enforce the current mask mandates. I know it's a top down decision. I was recently told that management won't enforce masks because they don't want to lose members. Over 1/2 of people working out don't wear a mask the entire time or even bring 1 in with them. There is MASK requiredSign on the front door.I wish people would care enough to do the right thing and protect others. I know we are tired of Covid but please keep others safe.Sad to go but I can't risk patients.

The gym is always clean, and you generally don’t have any problem getting to use the machine you want. It is definitely worth the monthly price.
