This is a clean gym, they take care of the equipment and Ryan the staff member has amazing service with great attitude! every single day he's on his shift he's willing to go out of his way to help

Once I started going back to the gym Sienna (I may be spelling her name wrong..sorry!) she’s always pleasant & went out of her way on several occasions to get the pronunciation of my name correct. That made me feel noticed.

Had to cancel membership because of lifestyle change. They worked with me to get My annual fees refunded. It had just come out of my account the day before but Marty the Assistant Manager listened and was willing to help me out! Thanks again Marty!

Love it! Great price...black card membership is the best with access to free stand up tanning booth, infrareds booth, and variety of massage chairs and hydro massage beds.I've been building my cardio on the stair machine for 30 mins. Gonna try the 30 min circuit training today.Friendly and nice helpful staff too!What else could you ask for, just $22 a month 👍

Last Friday around 4pm, the cash and credit cards kept in the lockers were stolen.The lock was purchased here at Planet Fitness, and someone opened it and stole cards and cash.When I returned to the locker room after working out, the lock was locked, so I didn't know it had been stolen.But I didn't find out until I got a text message saying that someone paid about $1,500 through a stolen credit card.Currently, the case has been filed with the police and is being dealt with.Never use locks sold here. Someone can easily open it and your stuff is never safe.

This is a clean and usually not too crowded planet fitness location. It has plenty of cardio equipment and is in a fairly good location. This one has nice amenities like massage chairs, tanning, and red light therapy. Locker room is spacious and clean. The weight machines are of good quality and this location has plenty of dumbbells and other fitness equipment. The only complaint I would have is that before the remodeling, you could use cardio equipment that faced out the windows, which was infinitely better than having to watch the televisions.

Heads up. Masks aren’t enforced and this is the gym for the people that mind their own business and don’t care. It’s about you. I love the purple room. I love that it’s apart from everything else and separated. Bomb place. Made a couple smiles and conversations with gym members there.

Used my black card membership here. The gentleman that checked me in was professional and helpful. Then shifts changed, Lourdes came in to work the front desk. She insisted on re-checking me in after I had been in the club for almost an hour. She said it's her job to make sure I have a "real" membership. She was confrontational and rude.I'm appalled by this! I had already been checked in when i entered the building. When all was said and done my membership was verified and legit. But being treated like a thief is not acceptable.

This is only the second time in my life that I posted a negative review somewhere, but because of the manager's horrible customer service I feel compelled to. Since the pandemic happened I obviously wasn't able to attend because it was closed. Once they opened they started charging from the DAY that they opened and I wasn't aware that they are opened. Obviously I couldn't call everyday to check on that. I wasn't attending and they charged me for 2 months. I called to speak to their manager, "Vee", if he can reverse those fees during the time that I WASN'T attending, and he chose not to...knowing full well that people are struggling financially. One of the worst customer service I experienced.I hope they won't reply back to this with an excuse of why they should still keep the charges on people without giving them heads-up. Why not just email their customers, is it that difficult? And if you messed up, not giving a heads up to customers, then remove those charges. Everyone is struggling financially, not just businesses.

I love working out at Planet fitness! Machines are kept clean, the whole facility is nice and clean. And the massage after is so worth the black card membership. (Which is still super affordable)
