This gym is gross. No one cleans nor cleans after themselves. All of the equipment is out of date and need to be replaced. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. I was so disappointed. If you want a nasty fungus this is a place for you.. Not for me..

Worst Gym. Too much price they charging me 39.99 every month even though I didn't take that plan. After 10 days they charge me again 54.99 for annual fee even didn't inform me. I contact customer care I called gym service guys not helping me. Don't go to this Gym. Please don't waste your money go different gyms they are best.

Terrible.I get calls and texts almost daily looking to sign up my guest onto a membership, or get me setup with a personal trainer.If you plan to sign up and bring a guest. Get used to them sitting you and your guest down EVERYTIME you come into the gym so they can try and sell your guest an actual membership.This company is the most annoying company i have ever experienced. I dont want to be haggled every single day. These people are worse than extended car warranty sellers.Express gym is extremely tight and does not have enough of the commonly used machines.Non-express xsport gyms are not much better, gym is spacious but completely filled with people during after-work hours. Machines are inches a part so get comfortable bumping into people all day.They basically forced my wife to pay upfront for a year membership. Ide cancel in a heartbeat if i could get my money back.Planet-fitness makes this gym look like a charade.

So much equipment that is not working properly or old and dingy, makes you wonder if anyone will finally upgrade this facility.Half of the treadmills don't work or have very squeaky belts. It's so frustrating to try to find a working piece of equipment in this place.

I would avoid this location at all cost. Most of the equipment is super outdated and worst than some jails. The A/C hasn’t been working for over three weeks and they don’t have a clue when it will be back up.

Wish I could give it 0 stars honestly. Lots of old and broken equipment and we’ve had a lot of issues with their billing. We got charged 8 HUNDRED when we tried to purchase a 1 year membership. They accidentally charged us the maintenance fee TEN TIMES. Then, when we tried to fix it with them, they were absolutely no help! We had to contact our bank to get it fixed! Go somewhere else, like PF or lifetime or something. Just DONT GO TO XSPORT BATAVIA.

Convenient, price right, GREAT SPINNING classes, not crowded. I highly recommend.
