24 Hour Fitness

I hate to leave negative reviews. But this joint was like a dungeon, half the lights were out creating this eerie half lit sorta dark workout joint. Does not help that the place is not the cleanest with paper used to wipe down machines on the floor in several places. Could do better!

Still wondering when this place is going to be open 24 hours. At least start staying open later on weekends. There were at least 30 people in there right before closing on Sunday night, crowding the weights and trying to get their workout in before close. I'm looking into other gyms in the area.

I was informed my free three day trial was invalid due to “black out days”.I saw a lot of complaints on the google page about it and can confirm.I was excited about the idea of joining but I’m thankful the trail let me this is not the gym for me

Still waiting for 24 hours of fitness.UPDATE: While other gyms remain open, 24 HOUR Fitness has locked their doors because its cold outside (31JAN).This gym is cost-effective, but I guess you get what you pay for. In this case, the bad service, false advertising, and no accessibility outweighs the amenities. Not to mention the mildew which has accumulated in the grout of the showers.I would no longer recommend this gym. Which is unfortunate, because it could be so much better.Guess it's time to start shopping for a new annual gym membership.

Signed up for a 3 day trial just to see the gym and see if it had the equipment I needed. They didn't offer a tour or let me do the 3 day trial and instead had to sign up for a monthly contract. Don't fall for this bate and switch scam of a company that won't let you see before you buy. I'd rather pay more for a gym which is honest and upfront.

My favorite thing about this gym is it if you go downstairs they have a sled that you can push on a long open space. You can literally push it to the windows, and then to the walls.

NOT 24 HOUR… they still have very limiting evening hours which is very inconvenient, I don’t want to drive down town if it’s 9:30 on Friday. Having both a sauna and steam room is marvelous. They need more bench presses and have a lack of ab workout machines and adequate ab benches. I told them the ab chairs seat on the east side was broken on my first day here and it still has a loose seat… I’ve been going here for over 6 months. Half the ellipticals throw error codes at you or click aggressively when in use.

My significant other moved to Austin for work and I visit her periodically. She and I got a 3 day trial to check the gym out since it's near our residence. They wouldn't even honor it! She has a Texas drivers license and I don't and you have to have a Texas drivers license for them to honor their 3 day trial pass (and I don't recall that being made clear when we signed up). She was very serious about possibly joining this gym and since the silver membership price isn't that much I may have joined too at that level. What a bad policy for the company to have, losing on potential revenue from us when a 3 day trial is literally no expense, if corporate is driving them being sticklers about this it makes little sense to me. We're turned off of this club now and I'd note years ago I use to be a long-time to 24 hour fitness when I lived near one of their gyms.

Great gym for what I need, which is just plenty of free weights and a sauna. Staff is nice but especially Basil. Super professional and helpful every time!

More than 3 times the club was not open at 5 am. I day it opened at 5;40 another at 5:20. I am at the club at 5:45 and I have been waiting since 4:45. Many people came and left. This is how you treat your customers. The days late were by a man on motorcycle. He doesn’t car less. Please take care of this problem Saturday 16 is today.
