The company clearly doesn't care about cleanliness. The men's bathroom hasn't been cleaned in 3 days (72 hours of continuous operation). There's only one staff member at all times but plenty of personal trainers around...I thought this would be a step up from planet. Management has been told of this problem and continues to fail and leave things unsanitary (see how many prior reviews mention how dirty this place is!).If management does something about this, I'll delete my review and happy to give 5 stars 🌟Update:Management replies with the same boilerplate response for each negative review...this should tell you something about the level of care and concern they have about member feedback

This gym is closed at this location, same with the one near Parmer Ln. Also, the remaining gym that is open in the city isn't 24 hrs. That's insane to have only one establishment open in a city with the name 24hr fitness.

The restrooms are disgusting. They reek of old urine during all times of day. The floors are grimey. The walls and stalls look like they havent been wiped down in years. The urinals are hanging off the wall. How can management not see this

The staff is always great. No complaints there. To the owners - Invest back into the business for gods sake! All the equipment is like 20 years old and they constantly have issues. Get modern equipment like the other 24 hour gyms!

I lifted here from 2012 to 2019. It was good vibe, most always left with a pump! Its a gym with weights, plates, dumbbells. No cross fit. This was my 1st week back here post Covid and wow it has torpedoed into trash. I'm assuming its going to be demo'd for condos here soon as there is no other reasonable explanation for its poor condition. Lets start with the water bottle refill station or lack there of. Its was previously a struggle to get one installed, it was often broken, always the same excuse from the front desk "we've asked management to fix it" but it was always broken. Fast forward to 2023. This gym is busier than ever, like stuffed to the gills from 4 to 7, so you think they could justify a water bottle filler. I googled what the cost of a commercial filler is. They range from $750 to $1,500. Lets just say $1,500 for the high end filler + $500 for install. Lets say low estimate 1,000 people a day use the gym, I think this is conservative estimate. Let's say each person uses it one time and it last for a year. 1,000 uses x 365 days / $2,000. This means it would cost 24 fitness 0.55 US cents per a membership per a year to have a proper water bottle filler installed. If you think this is ridiculous go look at the men's bathroom. The place is a joke.

I enjoyed the gym because of the steam room and never works . Next month I won’t pay anymore . Sauna floor really dirty !! People go there with dirty Shoes. Should be a sign no shoes, proper clothes. Man showers the walls and floor are dirty as well . I don’t feel comfortable taking shower there . For the price that u have to pay is now worth it .

The bathrooms are filthy, the whole gym needs a heavy cleaning. It's gross.
