Poorly run club, with garbage wet side amenities . Things constantly broken, always dirty. The steam room was down the more than it was operational the last 3 months alone. I wrote my name in some mold with my finger on the some ceramic tile a while back and it was there for 4 months until someone finally cleaned the area. Just a pathetic gym really.Do lifetime instead. Or planet fitness if westside is not important.

After two years of closing at 9pm (while still charging the same fee) they finally reopened back to being available 24-hours. From keeping their costs down during that time (by unfortunately not giving employees more earning hours, or having to pay utilities around the clock being open what their name advertised) they still seem to not have made improvements with all that profit earned.4:30pm-7:30pm, do Not go here.It will be paaacked. This location has removed some of their better machines, in favor of a superfluous turf area that is mostly utilized as an additional spot people just stretch in. -No more nice seated straight-leg calf raise machine, no more high-to-low cable row machine, and removed the better functioning lateral delt raise machine while keeping the crappier less-smooth one (with sticky deteriorating handles that have been left unfixed for a year) around instead for some reason. đ¤ˇââď¸If youâre already a member, or do want to give it a go here, remember to bring some headphones or earbuds to drown out the obnoxious pop music and FREQUENT commercial ads blasting over the speakers so that auditory assault doesnât bring your motivation level down mid-workout. If you can manage that, the place is still an otherwise decent gym with most of the bases covered equipment-wise.Update the temp control in here really sucks lately. đĄFeels like 80° inside, when itâs not even crowded with excess bodyheat, itâs 9pm, and was only 79° outside today, and when it was cold outdoors this past week was also cold indoorsâŚBring extra water đ Update to the update: I see the management response below asking for a Karen-esque email, but writing one to same things listed above will not fix the issues any faster than having already addressed them above. Please get the A/C fixed as soon as possible, having one they barely functions make it not much better than an open-air no-a/c box gym for part of the day, and your staff has to work in it for hours for their entire shifts⌠:/

These guys stole from me during the pandemic and they still haven't given it back. Also have horribly kept facilities. Wouldn't be surprised if people get staph infections there

Overall a decent gym. However, the bathrooms are FILTHY. The toilets and urinals were quite dirty, with stains all around them and on the floor. I came at around 1pm so itâs not that the bathrooms are dirty overnight but surprisingly during the day time and peak times. This gym needs to hire a janitor or encourage and require the employees sitting around to clean up.

The gym equipment is aight. They haven't really added anything new and many of the machines need replacing or maintenance. The locker rooms need to be gutted and completely replaced. There is mold everywhere. If I could report them for some kind of health violation, I would. The same mold has been in the same places in the shower stalls in the men's locker room for over a year. They clean the toilets/urinals every other month, it seems, since there was thick green mold in the urinals for the longest time. The smell was horrendous. This is more than just unacceptable, it's a health hazard. If I wasn't moving in a month, I'd change gyms, but I've already paid the annual price a year ago and I'm about to leave. đ¤ˇ

this gym is always hot and humid which is kind of disgusting, and most of the machines need to be destroyed because they're extremely old and rusty. the rust is so bad you can't properly adjust certain machines. i have nothing against the hourly staff who seem great, i think 24hour is just a super broke company with super broke facilities. if you live far enough north and can survive without heavy weights/barbells just go to Planet Fitness

I get what i pay for, but the facilities could be cleaner all around and the circuit machines need a LOT of love. Cant speak on freeweights as i dont use those. Overall upkeep seems to be a challenge here, which is odd hecause they are very busy, got to be practically printing money.First signed up when i was sleeping in my car and the bathrooms/showers were filthy and never got cleaned. Same pube stuck to the urinal for weeks on end. I believe they have since found a different cleaning crew.

I just started my membership and this gym offers a lot of nice things, however the dirtiness of the gym is unacceptable. There is grime on every surface, corner, floor, walls, windows. One must hold their breath to walk through the locker rooms. The entire pool area needs a good power wash. I understand some dirt, but this gym really had me compelled to post this review. They have a tiny sign claiming they are hiring janitors, however they are clearly failing. I may have to end my membership. Itâs also super crowded.

Twenty years ago this was a really decent facility but returning now its dirty and seriously delapidated. Really gross bathroom and wet area. The bathroom is the absolute worst I've ever seen at a 24hr fitness gym and as a travel nurse I've seen many. No way I'd pay to work out at 24hr fintess if this was to be my go to spot.If it's actually important for 24 hr fitness to "provide a clean, comfortable environment for all gym members" they would you know, clean their bathroom and locker room every once in a while! But one look at its pretty clear that providing a clean and safe environment is not a priority for the management at this location.Look how many times you see this quote below! When is this "future" going to actually happen??"Thank you very much for your feedback, It is important for us to provide a clean, comfortable environment for all gym members, so this is disappointing. We are working to make improvements and hope to serve you better in the future."

Dirtiest gym I've ever seen mold everywhere grime dust it's pretty gross. Also 2 women was taking selfies in bathroom while we was changing they quickly ran out when I told them it illegal to do so. I told staff they didn't do anything. I don't think I will be getting a membership after my 3 day pass is up!
