They do not cancel your membership after membership cancellation request.You have to make multiple trips to the gym during office hours to get the account cancelled. They will be charging your account even after account cancellation.They will not refund your money( for me its almost 5 months now, still have not received the money)

New, clean and lots of equipment. They let you come in and do your business, no pressure and the staff is there if you need them but otherwise leave you alone. Never had to wait more then five or ten minutes for an elliptical, even during peak hours.

Best gym I've been to in Austin. Of course it also is probably the newest one I've been to too lol.I'd go here more but the location isn't very convenient for me. Also the selection isn't as good as at Lifetime Fitness but however inconvenient this Gold's is it's more convenient than Lifetime Fitness (for me). And the equipment is newer, too, than at Lifetime Fitness.
