Employees here are terrible. Specifically this one haggard old woman who works there and bullies young girls. She's a liar and miserable. I feel sorry for her. Also the showers are moldy and it's always packed because it's one of the only gyms in the area. This place has soured golds gym as a company for me due to how they treat their members. I will be telling everyone I know to stay away.

Decent equipment, moderate traffic.My one gripe is the sauna is weak. I’ve seen golds saunas get up to 190Fs. This one is 155F, which is more of a waste of time than anything 😆 barely breaks a sweat. Please turn the heat up.

Cross fit classes listen to junk music (country today) and turn off all other music for the rest of the gym? Why is that small little area allowed to so this? I go to all of the Golds in Austin amd San Antonio and thia facility is in the bottom 50%.

This is my favorite Gold's in the greater Austin area. Staff and trainers are cool. I'll exchange dad jokes with the gal at the front desk. This reminds me... What did the fish say when it bumped into a wall? Dam.

Every since new management stepped in there is a SIGNIFICANT difference. The employees seem more comfortable and professional. Blonde lady had such a sour attitude to many paying members including an IFBB Pro guest I had visiting. We were just lifting weights, minding our business while being uncomfortably observed by an insecure woman making unfriendly eye contact and she never once spoke to us. Please keep this positive environment!

Great gym. Pretty busy most days, except on Sunday. There are plenty of choices with equipment and machines. Staff is helpful; gym is clean.

This gym is so outdated and it’s dark and depressing in there. Not to mention they don’t know how to handle money. They have overcharged me so many times and continue to try to charge me even though I have provided proof that I already paid and my membership is canceled. Do not go here. Go to HCI it’s so much better.

Since the new management has taken over, both Ben and Kevin are always cleaning up, restocking, helping customers. They care about the place, rearranged some things to make it more functional, and listen to any concerns we have with the gym. They are always looking to make the place better and that’s all you can ask for.
